It was late at night when we were visited by an uninvited bat in our master bedroom. As you might imagine, this did not please my wife. Although the dogs were wildly amused by the new flying toy in the house.I called ABC and had a great experience with the person that answered. She was friendly, understanding and actually quite funny. I was then contacted by the owner, who was equally friendly and helpful. Finally, he dispatched Andrew who had about an hours drive to get to my new Bat Cave!Andrew showed up with all his Bat Catching Gear and went to work. Luckily, I had trapped the bat in a bathroom so he was pretty easy to find. Just taking a Bat Nap in our bathtub. Two minutes later, Andrew was downstairs with a little bat in a small container. I swore it was the size of a prehistoric Mastodon while chasing it around the house with a bike helmet and broom.Long story slightly longer, ABC got the job done. Quickly, cleanly and without any more drama. Sure, the price was ridiculously high. But what can you do? Im sure I wouldve paid twice that to get rid of our furry little guest. (But did get any ideas ABC, $450 is more than enough to charge)Overall, it was a very humane and positive experience. Although their prices are a bit inhumane. I hope I never have to use them again. I am so grateful to ABC Wildlife for all their help in getting rid of the wasps that took up residence in our home. We have an 11 month old son and they have been very accommodating in getting us scheduled asap in order to keep him safe. They also talked me through the treatments and how they work so I can be confident that after the wasps are gone there won’t be lingering pesticides in the wall where he sleeps. We highly recommend ABC Wildlife and would use them again in the future, although hopefully it won’t be necessary 😉.

Called this morning (sunday) after discovering a nest of yellow jackets in our chimmney. Bradley who took my call was very helpful and within 30 minutes our technician Bob was on site. He sealed up the fireplace and then went to work treating the nest. We will definitely call ABC again when their services are needed.

Excellent customer service from the time you call them and till they provide the service. All the representatives from ABC were courteous, transparent, communicated well and were knowledgeable about the services. They were very professional and even took my time limitations into account. James the technician provided our service to clean up the pigeon mess and droppings. He was professional, did a great job and was very helpful overall. Phil and Matt were GREAT! They were professional, thorough and efficient throughout the process of finding the source of dead animal odor at our house. They ultimately located a dead squirrel on the flue in our chimney and took the utmost precautions to remove it properly and cleaned the area according to specifications afterwards. The company itself was also great to work with throughout the process when setting outdoor traps, with timeliness, and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them!

We had a skunk caught in our window well so we called ABC and they had someone out to us with the hour. Danny was quick, efficient and very competent. He was able to get the skunk out ( without getting sprayed) and took him away in about 10 minutes!Would definitely recommend ABC again if needed.

Nick from ABC Wildlife came out to inspect our property for our pest control issue. What we originally thought to be one problem turned out to be a completely different one altogether. We appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness in assessing our situation before acting on one course of action versus another. Weve used ABC at least 3 times in the last five years for various wasp and hornets nest removal. The technicians are unfailingly polite and knowledgeable, and our issue is always resolved within a couple of days of calling. We especially appreciated the considerations ABC has made during the pandemic, as we are a high-risk family. Kudos to todays tech, Peter (I think?) who was prompt, super helpful and done treating the house for paper wasps in under 20 minutes.

ABC Humane Wildlife Control was very responsive and professional. I called on a Weekend due to a bat entering the house. Bob came out to the house and did a thorough inspection of the entire house. He took his time and was very professional. He was unable to locate the bat, but he gave me some excellent tips on what to do if the bat reappeared. Bob suspected it would reappear at night. Yep, it did! Ugh! I called the 24 emergency hotline that ABC has available and the answering service was able to quickly connect me with Nick, who was on call that night and willing to come out to my house to capture the bat. The bat ended up flying out an open front door, but Nick was on the phone with me and answered all my questions. ABC Humane Wildlife even called me 2 days later to follow up. I highly recommend ABC Humane Wildlife Control to anyone struggling with an animal entering their home or attic. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.

We called them on a national holiday, and they were able to have Zach come out the same day to handle a skunk issue. Great service, from when we set up the appointment with the office to Zach communicating when hed arrive + being on time. Reasonable price and knowledgeable as well. We would call them again if needed.

My tech, Zachary, was very thorough. He explained EVERYTHING in such detail from the entire dynamic of the wasps colonies to the pesticides that they use to eventually kill them off. After mentioning that this is the second year theyve found a place to hibernate in different areas of my home, Zachary mentioned that in spring they can come out spray the entire home. I will definitely be taking advantage of that and have recommended them to many people. Every employee is upfront, honest and (not that Ive had to) but if its a persisting problem they will come out for a second treatment free of charge.

Quick response. Called on a Wednesday and Zachary came the next day. He explained things clearly and completed the removal of a paper wasp nest within a half hour. Excellent service and would definitely use again though I hope we don’t need to!

We have had ABC Humane Wildlife Control out to our house two times in the last five months. The first was due to squirrels in our attic which they were able to take care of and this last time was due to wasps in our bathroom. In both circumstances, ABC was very professional and were very careful not to damage our house. We couldnt be happier with the service we have received!

Great service. They came out to address a yellow jacket nest I found in my front bushes. Reggie called an hour ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and was very knowledgeable. He removed a basketball sized nest and also additional services regarding a recent skunk issue. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very impressed with Zacharys work this afternoon. He was pleasant, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about how to deal with our raccoon problem. I asked a lot of questions and he answered every one with solid responses that have put me at ease about the solution to this problem. I have confidence in his abilities to diagnose the problem and provide possible solutions. We have to wait to see if the raccoon is still here, is he/she returns, etc., but I am confident we have the best solutions to fix this problem.

I called ABC for help with a wasp problem. I’ve continued to hear constant buzzing behind my wall and no one could figure out what and where it was coming from. ABC came out 3 times and the last technician, Reggie, was unbelievably fantastic. Despite my attic being incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to access and walk around in, he was determined to figure out the type of wasps I had so that he could use the right type of spray treatment. After 30 min in the attic, he saw them! He got the right spray, went back in the attic and sprayed as much as he could, getting as close as possible to where they were. Unfortunately, the hive is somewhere behind the wall and isn’t able to be accessed in the attic. He then sprayed on my roof where they originally got in. I’m hopeful the treatment will work, but if it doesn’t, I’m confident that ABC will come up with another plan. I will be sure to request Reggie again because he was truly amazing in trying to do everything possible to help me. He is 5 stars all around.

Ive had a long standing relationship with ABC Wildlife. When we lived in Wilmette 35 years ago we had a frequent raccoon problem and they were always prompt and professional. When we moved we used them for periodic wasp nest removal as well as preventative treatments. This time we had a huge wasp nest at the second story roof line. They came out the next day and removed the wasp nest and treated an active yellow jacket nest that was nearby. I havent needed ABC Wildlife for a while but its good to know that when you need them, they are still around, providing excellent service.

Great and timely experience. Pretty pricy for same-day service, but to get the injured skunk from under my porch was 100% worth it. The tech was pleasant and knowledgeable, and practiced safe social distancing protocols

Very happy with ABC Humane Wildlife Control. Matt arrived within the specified time-frame; answered all of my questions; and was very professional. We had a yellow-jacket-nest in one of our awnings; said area was treated. Matt explained that it will take 2-5 days before we see results. I checked later, this evening, and noted no activity around the treated site.

This is the first time Ive had a problem with raccoons in my attic, and the service couldnt have been better. The technician (Joe) was very knowledgeable, and ready for every question. He was also so polite. Very happy with the start of this process.

I called ABC at 12:30am due to Batman getting lost in my laundry room. ABC picked up immediately, transferred me to a technician, and had someone out in an hour.... amazing! Joe of Humane wildlife came to inspect whether all the bones of dead animal on my chimney were removed. He went up the roof and checked out the area around the chimney to ensure that the area was clean. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

Edit: after some miscommunication I believe a reasonable conclusion has been reached. Will adjust this to 5 stars pending resolution. But a good plan has been implemented and my confidence is restored.

Zachary was very informative in regards to the lifestyle and pattern of the skunk. He was also informative in regards to the holes on my property and our next door neighbors. He showed a great deal of experience in regards to capturing the animal.
