I had him come over to look if my computer is still working because I dropped it and nothing seemed to work. He wanted 100$ just for taking out the hard disk and telling me the laptop was broken (he shook the laptop and it didnt seem to be very professional). However when a friend from Germany looked over it he just removed the battery and the laptop worked again - easy as that! I cannot recommend that service, it was a rip-off.
