Ive used RGB Computer Solutions twice. The first time was to repair a premium laptop that died unexpectedly (due to some water damage a year or two prior). Mr Black backed up the laptop and advised me to find a new laptop rather than to fix this one as the cost to frix was greater than the cost to replace. I appreciated the honesty there, and returned this year when my newer laptop started having some battery problems. Mr Black diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, and resolved it quickly and professionally. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of any professional who is willing to look out for their customer. I would go back here if I had other computer problems I could not diagnose or fix on my own.

Easily the best experience I have had in relation to not only computer repair but dealings with technology as a whole. I had a gaming computer that I messed up trying to upgrade resulting in it being completely unresponsive. I took it right in to RGB Computer solution and they got it back to me in two days which is an amazing turn around. During the two days the gentlemen that work there were giving me thorough updates by phone and talking me through the process step by step. They really know what they are doing. Their office computers look like something out of a sci-fi movie. Moreover, they were able to increase the FPS and storage of my computer 10x and install parts you can barley find on the internet at the moment for a great price!

A few months ago my laptop keyboard stopped functioning altogether. I brought it in to RGB, and they very quickly took my information, and the next day they called to let me know they just needed to order one part. Part was ordered, and I got my laptop back far faster than I had expected. Very quick, very friendly, great service!

After spilling water on my MacBook Air, I took it took the Genius Bar where they informed me my hard drive was completely fried and unsalvageable. As a last minute attempt, I went to RGB Computer Solutions. Not only was Bob able to recover all of my data and transfer it to a new laptop, he worked through the weekend to get the job done. It was my first time building a PC and I was having trouble getting my system to POST, and I found these guys on Google. They were super friendly, very helpful, and all around great. They got the job done really quickly (in less than a day!) and if I have any other issues down the line, I am definitely going here first.

I cannot recommend RGB Computer Solutions enough. My father-in-law, age 92 and living alone, fell victim to an intimidating telephone scammer. Unknowingly, my father-in-law gave the scammer access to his Google account allowing full access to sensitive information. Bob Black is not only caring and thorough in his work, he and his fantastic technical associate Josh immediately worked to protect his information and got his computer and android phone operating expediently and safely, all via Covid-safe remote access - the same day. In addition, RGB gave us next-step advice as to what to do next regarding accounts that may have been compromised. If you need help with a computer technical problem, these guys are compassionate, knowledgeable, endlessly patient and worth your business. The relief that my husband I and I feel having this issue resolved by professionals, in a matter of hours no less, is priceless. Very highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! They have been maintaining my computers for years, and my family now uses them as well. My previous fixers advised me to buy and use things inappropriately - this never happens here. And I feel they are reasonably priced. I have a custom gaming computer currently, and this poses no problem for them. I recommend them highly!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a broken speaker on my laptop. I dropped it off Monday morning and it repaired same day by the afternoon. The team was in contact with me throughout the process for clarifications and information. They even cleaned the laptop. Go here!

I had the greatest experience here today. My parents keyboard on their desktop has been acting up for a while now and my mom asked me to bring it to someone to see if it was a bad keyboard, or if there was something to do to fix it. I googled computer stores in Hingham and RGB Computer Solutions popped up. I walked right in, was greatly warmly and they took care of me immediately. They not only confirmed that the keyboard couldnt be fixed, but they gave me a new keyboard right then and there. They were kind, efficient, gracious and professional. I couldnt recommend RGB Computer Solutions any higher, and will always go there for all my computer needs.

They did a fine job fixing my PC after I thought it was TOAST. I developed a windows repair loop that I couldnt solve after trying several different boot media. They solved the problem in less than a day and updated the latest version of windows, all for a very fair price. I would recommend this shop without reservation!

Brought my macbook pro here to because of issues with my hard drive. They originally thought the hard drive needed to be replaced, but RGB did some troubleshooting and figured out that the issues were caused by a bad connection (a cheaper fix).
