We rented a truck and car dolly They told me a car dolly. One thing about car Dolly’s you can’t back up. So got a car carrier. I informed the guy it had bald tires. He looked and said these were special heavy duty tires we were fine no worries. I said we are going from Vegas nv to Hinesville Georgia. I asked about the other carrier he said if I was only going to CA he would it had a slow leak. Be careful they don’t take care of their equipment. We had a roadside assist for 2 tires on drivers side it took them over 2 hours to call so down for over 5 hours in cold cold night weather and next day 2 hours of driving had to call again for the other 2 tires. Again over 3 hours down. I called on a few days later after complaining and they have the contract restricted so no one could pull up contract. Shading in my opinion. If they did no wrong why restrict my reservation do their own employees can’t bring it up. U haul prices matches most times and they keep their equipment checked

Reserved online for 0900. They called me the night before saying it might be ready at 1100. Received another call confirming it would be ready by 1100. I got there at 1100 and nope not ready. Went back at about 1130 and finally ready. Took the truck home to finally start packing and ramp is completely busted. So much for inspections they do right. Horrible experienece. Go somewhere else or another location.

Made a reservation online for a 26 foot truck. Go to pick it up and they tell me they don’t have one available. So what’s the point of a reservation. Thanks for wasting my time
