We ordered a 20ft water slide for our daughters 4th birthday. This company keeps sending reminders out before your event!!! I got a text 2 days before my party asking if they could drop off a day earlier due to high volume of business and who wouldn’t say yes?!?!?!? We welcomed it and our kids had a blast. When they arrived they was very friendly and got the job done fast!!! They send a text the night before picking it up and when they’re on the way to get it. This company keeps you notified at all times. I thought wow when they sent a text message about delivering earlier due to their schedule being busy that they didn’t care about losing money they wanted to see a happy satisfied customer!!! Not something you see daily!!! This was our first time using a bouncy house for a party and since this went smooth we will do it in the near future and will keep using this company!!! I rented the wave wet combo for my sons birthday weekend and he loved it! All of the kids at the party had so much fun. Graceland bounce is always extremely easy to schedule with and offers great deals. Best prices around as well! The crew was there to set up when they said they would and even sent a courtesy message prior to arriving so we were ready. The only people I have and will call for a bounce house rental!

We rented from for a birthday party and my kids loved it! The whole family including adults had a blast and we requested to keep it till Sunday afternoon. They were glad to let us have it till 4pm so the adults could actually play on it Sunday! So satisfied!!! Nothing but nice and courteous!!!
We rented the dump truck slide for my sons 3rd birthday this weekend. Everyone loved it, including the adults. It was a great hit. Customer service was great too. Will be using them again next year for his birthday party.

We had a great experience this weekend with Graceland Bounce. From the reservation process, setting up a delivery time, the actual delivery, and even pick-up. The delivery and pick-up guys were very respectful and courteous. Everything was as promised and the kids enjoyed the slide. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future, as well as recommending them to all of our friends.
The service was great. If you rent from them just make sure you set up clear time lines on when you want the unit dropped off and picked up. But over good service

We rented the birthday cake bounce house yesterday for our sons 5th birthday party and everything turned out perfect! I loved that I got a text the day before just to let me know about when I should expect the bounce house to arrive at the party and the day of I got a call to let me know they were on their way! The 2 guys were so professional and very nice while setting everything up for us. All of the kids had a blast playing in it and it was big and very clean! I was able to call the delivery guys to see if they could possibly pick it up earlier for us since the party was over and before I knew it they were there so quick to pack it up! I rented the 20 ft half pipe water slide for my sons birthday and we all loved it! I rented it for the weekend and they dropped it off super early Friday morning and didnt pick up til late Sunday night. My kids and even I, had a blast on it! They donated time for a Hospice fundraiser and charged money for public to use the kids bounce equipment. The agreed to donate half of proceeds to the fundraiser for kids camp and did not donate anything they made money on the event and did not donate to the fundraiser . I would not use them for any future events in the area being this was for a hospice kids camp and they took advantage . I attended the event along with the mayor and they did make money .

Graceland doesnt make you feel like just another customer and they want your money, they will always make sure they go that extra mile to make sure your experience and party is the best they can make it. This last time i rented, April (the owner) was able to work with me for 2 days to ensure I got the perfect unit for my sons birthday party. Hands down best customer service and products.The only reason why it took me so long to write a review is because I thought maybe the other two times I rented from Graceland that maybe I just got lucky and that is why my experience was so amazing. But now I see that, this is just how Graceland does business.
