This was worst experience ever!!!!.... Went in to see why my wheel was shaking and left with a cracked radiator.... Explained to them my radiator was perfectly fine when I brought it to them no leaking I had just got that seen about and the problem was fixed.... Thanks to those guys at total care.... Not alone it was a crack in my bumber and the guy had the nerves to say maybe it cracked when you hit whatever u hit.... Sorry sir I brought the car like this.... It was really a hurtful experience.... And oh yeah they did nothing about the damage they caused.... Total car care fixed what they damaged....😉😉😉😉

Took my car in for an alignment and tire balance. They noticed that my bushings were indeed shot and agreed to have them replaced. They took good car of the car and dialed in the alignment and fixed the balance weights on the car. Got the car back after a mishap with the parts company sending the wrong control arms. Nice and friendly.

I went into the shop and stated my concerns and I was out the door in 30 minutes. My dad filled up too much air and they fixed the issue and told me what to do next time the air pressure sign comes on. They didn’t even charge me. Great Service! I was driving from Jacksonville to Charleston my Durango got a flat and with under an hour until they closed on Friday, they not only got me an incredible affordable new tire installed; but I was in and out in 15 min. Every single staff member was so genuinely kind and helpful! I will be making the drive out of state just to come to this particular shop! Outstanding customer service and quality!

I actually really enjoyed my time there with them. Everyone was really cool and one of the mechanics even took a little bit of extra time out of what he was doing to assist with my service. He showed me a live example of what something should not look like. Above and beyond, he showed me how it should look. That was great! This business was recommended to me by another auto shop when they did not have freon to do an a/c service. I was greeted courteously and politely upon entering the shop and treated with respect at all times. Due to being booked solid for a/c services, I had to make an appointment for 2 days from now. This worked perfectly with my schedule and I got a needed tire rotation done today. The shop is very clean, the people are professional, and the waiting room has comfy chairs and sofas or benches are provided outside if one prefers. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and cold air for the summer.

Wow. Talking about God bless the child who has his own and trying to help adult children out....BUT Liberty was so gracious and professional. They were efficient and proficient. I could not get what I needed done since my daughter practically let the engine run dry but have no doubt that any service wouldhave been top notch! Thank you.

We have used Liberty Tire and Brake for many years. They know us by name and give us personalized service every single time we have a tire need. They just recharged my air conditioning in my car and it was at a very reasonable price. They offer my husband a courtesy ride home and offer to pick him up to get our vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest, have great prices and offer a great experience in taking car of your car.

Vehicle was in for several weeks. We’d go days without updates and almost always had to call first for any update even when we were specifically told we’d be called. When we did receive information it contradicted what we were told previously. Honestly it felt like work was done that was either not needed or simply erroneous, but the shop will always try to explain it away. Overall left with a bad feeling, like some of our money was wasted. But if nothing else, they’re nice on the phone. Wouldn’t recommend, however, and we likely won’t go back to them.Edit: Their response to my review is to have me contact the person who was already fully aware of my concerns prior to my vehicle being released. The same one who tried to explain away all of my concerns with information that simply wasn’t true.

Had a blow out on my tire this morning. I called and they had someone come out and changed it very quickly .They had me follow them back to shop and got me another tire put on with minimal wait.They were also very nice. Definitely recommend

Went in for a simple oil change a few months back and they tried to upsell me a $300 bill... went back about a month ago to get my transmission flushed I had looked at the website and it had said that was a service they provided but just to be sure I called the shop and asked specifically if they did transmission flushes the woman told me yes and it would take at most two hours to my surprise when I got to the shop that same day they turned me away (without ever even looking at my car) and said they don’t do any transmission work

Went in for an alignment for my car after getting new tires. Miranda is just a delight to work with. Turn around once the parts were in was fast. I wish I would have gotten my tires there also for a one stop shop.

I brought my car in for an alignment. I was given that price and was also informed that they would check out the suspension system for any problems before any alignment work began. This would cost $25 if any issues were found and I decided not to have the work done that day.. I was later informed that some parts needed to be replaced and their prices. The alignment could no be performed due to the parts not being in stock. This was beyond what the Honda stealership did last year. They(Honda) proceeded to perform an alignment but didnt bother to tell me that there were worn parts. The car steered worse than before I had taken it in. At Liberty Tire Pros they took the time to examine and inform me of all issues before performing the work. I appreciate that and will have them perform the work at a later time. Honesty is good. Most overpriced shop in town. First time I brought my truck there was to put tires on they quoted me $385 smh. I took to discount tire they did it for $185. Next year needed brakes on truck took to them for a 0800 appointment!!! To inspect brakes. They didnt look at truck until 1030 and then quoted me $500ish took it to Rogers Auto Care $300. They stay packed so they must be doing good work but I refuse to overpay so I would advise shopping around. Only work Ive had this shop do is patch a tire before on my wifes car.My Opinion based on my ExperieceCons:Very Busy so expect long wait times (even if you make a appointment)Pricey $$$$$$Pros:Busy means successful and people are willing to wait or its just convenient and they arent shopping aroundMay have the best mechanics in this area and you have to pay for the best*******************************************Once again my opinion make your own!!!*******************************************

Really, really professional shop. Alison was a huge help. She is also very kind. Was a bit nervous about taking our newish Subaru anywhere other than the Subaru dealer but I have to say, the Technicians that work there are extremely thorough and neat/clean. Wrong tire was put on my truck. Dropped off in the morning before it opened. Took them till 1730 for them to do an alignment, transmission drain and fill, and change 1 tire. Now I have mismatched tires. Btw they didn’t even fill the tires properly. Wish I could put pictures in this.

So on this date I went there to get an oil change and to check the back right tire because the sensor kept coming on. So when they get go to do the maintenance they said they forgot to check the sensor light and change the cabin air filter even though I didn’t ask for it. I didn’t mind but that’s not what I asked for.I might be going to another place. I don’t know.Update 23 June 21: the manager called me and said the next time I came in to get my car serviced they would give me a free oil change and they did 😊

I walked in the customer support welcomed me there and was able to help me out with my question leading up to my issue. Gave me an estimated time of completion and got done earlier than expected.

Went in for an alignment and tires. They decided to mount the tires and tell me they cant do the alignment because of bad ball joints. I just replaced lower and upper control arms and drove it from the house straight to them. The alignment was way off and they didnt have the common sense to not do the tire swap and ask me if I wanted them to mount the tires. Will not be taking my truck there and will continue doing my business with total car care. To add to my review a couple of my buddys have also had bad experiences with them and I should of known better.

I got a huge bolt stuck in my tire yesterday afternoon and needed a patch ASAP. I was right across the street so I stopped in and they fixed us up quickly! The price was good and the customer service was excellent. Front staff is very kind. They even had a baby changing station in their restroom, which was extremely helpful in this unexpected situation!

Quick turn around on the quote for my exhaust repair, very knowledgeable, however grossly over priced. Y’all quoted me $61 in parts which is normal. Labor cost at $82 an hour. This is unreal for this area. Great front deck service thank y’all for being so prompt and upfront.Only true critique is price for exhaust work, need to meet local rate of about $50 an hour to get my business.Overall great shop and people that work there. I did chose to go elsewhere for the work I need.

I brought a unit van in for an oil change at 1000. I’m still sitting here without an update. It’s been over 3 hours. I don’t know what is going on today. Usually the service is quick and professional.

The staff is very friendly and very accommodating! They were willing to drive me to walmart and pick me back up (I had friends able to though). They are very reasonably priced and if I had questions they explained what it was I didnt know. I highly recommend this place.

I was very nervous when I went to Liberty Tire Pros I had just left another mechanic shop here in Hinesville who had quoted me almost $3,000 worth of work when I went to Liberty Tire Pros this scheduled me an appointment and welcomes me they made me feel like I matter my car mattered now that I have done business with them they have to replace a rack and pinion in my car I will always use them for my repairs and upkeep they even came and pick me up from work to take me to my car! The work they did on my vehicle, they did a good job. Customer service was pretty shabby. My appointment was at 12:30 and I arrived about ten minutes early. They didnt even take my vehicle in for a front end alignment for another hour. About an hour and fifteen minutes later, they parked it in the parking lot. No one told me they were finished until I went to the counter and asked about fifteen minutes after I saw my truck parked back in front.

I was working in Georgia.. I had went to others who told me a 2 week wait.. I told these nice people my situation. They got me in and checked my car and explained the noise I was hearing. Did exactly what I asked and was very happy to do so!!! They are the best place in Hinesville!!!
