Great properties to rent. Very professional and always kept up with the maintenance

Hey I have been a tenant for about 3 years. It has been an easy process for me. I really enjoyed the place I rented. I appreciate them for first allowing me to rented from them and working with me. Never had any problems of rent change or any disrespect when I needed other assistance. They were there to guide me. I would recommend David McDonald Rental!!

I didnt mind staying at this location. The lady at the front office was very rude. Whenever I brought an issue to her she over talked me and wouldnt let me get a word in. I went from having 1 cars to 2 cars on my property and I was told that I needed to provide them with Proof that the car was mine.. They said bc a lot of military people deploying they sometimes leave their cars with friends and the cars cant be on the property. They tried to say if the car wasnt removed they would add someone as a lease which wasnt the case. (which nothing about that is stated in the lease) I was also told VIA TEXT after my move out that I had a remaining balance of almost $300. I Spoke to her on the 5/4 and was told that I had until the following Friday to pay. I also asked for proof of the Email they sent me and they were also unable to do that. When I spoke to her again she said she didnt email me but she only mailed out a letter also that they had no proof of doing. I didnt receive a call or voicemail about any of this. I asked the lady in the front of the office to speak to someone else bc she continued to OVER TALK ME and after one phone conversation I was hung up on. The customer service is terrible especially as a tenant that paid my rent on time. Tried to get clarity and I was hung up on

Glad I made the choice to rent with this property. I never had a complaint and anytime I needed something, they were responsive. I highly recommend!

I’ve been renting from this company for a year. I love them always polite and professional. Quick to respond to maintenance calls and willing to work with u. I would highly recommend them.

Rented for 6 months & paid my rent early EVERY month, but upon trying to move into another property they caused issues.Yet while residing in their rental community it was always an issue for maintenance work. I would not recommend them to anyone, even if they are dirt cheap. You get what you pay for.

I have been living in my duplex since October of 2016. These are the nicest people ever. whenever I call them about anything, I always get a prompt reply back. I love it here, and although I am only renting I consider this to be my home.

The owner wants to charge a a 2,500 dollars security deposit fee.

Nothing but positive experiences with this company. Been with them for over 4 years now. Very respectful people and try to help whenever they can.

I had nothing but positive things to say while living there. Always super friendly staff and always prompt to get out and fix whatever we needed. I give them a 1 star rating now because up on moving out we did our walk thru and was told everything looked good except for a couple minor things. When I recieved my deposit back I saw charges for cleaning and carpet that were not discussed during our walk thru. I call to ask about it and get a rude and unpleasant attitude from staff.
