Great service! They came through with an extension when our car delivery got pushed back. Everyone was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Mika was fantastic!

This truck rental company is the best place to shop for a truck rental. Best prices when comparing all factors including rent, miles and insurance. Most importantly, these are the only trucks that have a hydraulic lift gate on the island. This is particularly helpful when moving, you dont need a ramp. You will find that this is EXTREMELY useful if you are utilizing a conex/sea box/shipping container to move because none of the shipping companies provide a ramp and absolutely no one has a ramp for rent. A word of advice is to reserve the truck well in advance as the number of trucks are limited. Additionally, they prefer to lease out on a monthly basis but will accommodate you if they have one available. On top of all these great reasons, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful too.Oh yeah, the floor space is uninterrupted with no wheel well humps inside, making it very easy to load and upload.

Only reason no 5 star is because they would not pick me up I was to far away. Quick in out no problems. Picky they really are 5 star 4 1/2 at worst car not truck

Mika & Tiana have excellent customer services skills that [I believe] embodies the Aloha Spirit of Hawaii.My company has rented several different trucks on numerous occasions to suit different projects Im hired for across the island & I have been quite pleased with each rental.Tiana also provided a courtesy follow-up call the day before I was to return my rental which really helped because I needed the rental longer & forgot to call because I was so busy during my last project (she saved me)!If I could provide additional star ratings, I would! Great service, really helped me out.

I used Enterprise Truck Rental for a company event that required 2 cargo vans in the Kona area. Tiana at Enterprise personally made sure that we had our vans on time and even accompanied them to Kona for our pick up. We will definitely be back and will use them for our cargo van needs when on the Big Island!
