I told the lady that I wanted to save my hair for donating and she was really cool about it. I payed $25 to get it cut it seemed a little expensive to me.

Horrible experience, went in for a quick trim, had never been there before. I figured a trim should be easy enough to come by just about anywhere. Asked for trim to remove any split ends, asked for no more than three 3 inches taken off my hair. I even showed her 3 inches of my long hair, held it with my fingers and showed her not to cut anymore than 3 inches. The woman cut my long hair right at my ear lobe far above my hair line. I left with barley 3 inches of hair in tears right before a special event. My hair still hasnt grown out. The girl cut more than 10 inches of hair I just couldnt believe it. The girl said my 3 inches is way different than what she feels is 3 inches.What the hell?

Kuhio Mall walked in to make appointment.There was two Male hair dressers very busy.and a young lady at the desk talking on the phone for a half hour laughing with someone. I am a steady customer for a very long time. and if you look up my records a good tipper too.Service not professional at all I hope the owner talks to this young lady at the desk whom should be helping customers..Mahalo , Valare Calisto

If there was an option for ZERO stars, that’s what i would choose...Walked in to do a Tea Tree Shampoo (I’ve done them many times for less than $10) the woman working told me she’s not sure if she can do it since it’s so close to closing (it was 7:08pm and the store closes at 8pm)... mind you I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE WHOLE PLACE!!!I told her that i didn’t want it dried or styled just simply washed. She said “well I guess I can fit it in but it’ll be $36! Seriously the worst customer service ever. If you don’t wanna work, give your job to someone who does!

Terrible customer service. Tried to get a walk-in, I was than told it be about an hour wait. Returned an hour later another person was sat down instead of me. The one woman who told me she could cut my hair didnt even acknowledge me. Gave a stupid smirk and thats about it. Was just standing there confused. Definitely a huge waste of time. Went somewhere else where customer service was excellent, price was great and was taken in for my haircut in a timely and professional manner. If I could I would give this place zero stars.

Bad survice. The employee gave my family a sassy attitude.They also ignored me. The employees are just talking to eachother. They dont play attention to the customers and we are in line then a woman just walks up to the counter and they help her while we have been waiting in line for over an hour.

Took my son walk in. Was told there was one in front of us and it would be about 10mins wait, they took the one person and all the chairs were full. And one by one as the workers finished their current cut..... they all proceeded to go on break? They left one person still cutting hair and the rest disappeared. After about 20mins of waiting 2 workers came back. A girl walked in and went to one of them and was seated immediately. So i went to grab the other worker who told me she was finishing something and he would be called right up. 5mins later a boy walked in that she knew by name....so she sat him instead. We left and went to a local stylist who charged half of the 20.50+tax that master cuts wanted for a CHILD cut.

Was told a 2 hour wait. Agreed to it. Came back 1 1/2, sat in front of establishment and observed people just walking in and taken in before us. It appeared favoritism based on ethnic background and who you know who works there.

Do go here if your looking for a fade, Mohawk, etc. Dudes dont know how to fade, lineup, no razor lineup. This place is a joke!
