I used to love going to JP Automotive, it used to be quick and easy. However the last time I took my Tacoma in it needed a new spindle and they took a long time to even order the parts. Now when I try to get a hold of them to ask if it will be ready by it’s due date they either say they will call me back and never do, or their phone line is “busy”. I never get a call back or straight forward information. IM SO FRUSTRATED!!

I have had my van served here multiple times for different issues and each time the service has been great. The entire staff is always friendly and professional. I have recommended them to all my neighbors and friends.

Excellent service

We have been very happy with JP Automotive. We found them after having trouble with the Volvo dealership in Hilo (come to find out they were in the process of closing). J P Automotive has been able to work on our Volvo, no problem, and also our Bronco. Very good service and good work. Rates are fair.Its so important to have a mechanic you trust to do good work and also to be honest - Jeff and his crew are great. Highly recommended.
