I dont know how the woman behind the counter has a job.Shes the one there after 5pm.Ive seen her be very contentious with other customers & also with me.She starts fights w/customers & then talks about them to the next in line or everyone else when they leave.She should NOT have a job & someone should record her.There are lots of other people in line ready to take her place.USPS needs to do something about her.

Do not one here unless you have a minimum of an hour to wait in line while the woman behind the counter works and refuses to acknowledge the presence of any customers.

Woman working the counter needs a complete attitude adjustment ! I greeted her with a smile and a hello, ended with a thank you and not a single word out of her from start to finish. She didnt even look at me. Ive encountered her before and its always the same. Shes a miserable thing.

Whoever is working at 5:30 p.m. on July 23rd, 2019 should probably have a talk with her supervisor or lose her job. She did not want to help me and Im pretty sure that my box ended up thrown on the floor. She was also more interested at looking at her cell phone. If my employees did that they would be written up.

Im sure there’s wonderful employees here that I haven’t encountered yet, Im new to the area. However, the female working behind the counter, Friday 1/31 at 4:15pm, real bad attitude. Rude as hell and not sure why, she looks miserable. First trip to Hillsdale PO was 👎

The people that work there are sometimes really rude depending on who you get. The one lady that works at night I don’t remember her name but she’s not very friendly, how ever the others are extremely friendly and nice! There also needs to be more help there is always a really long line and there is only one person working the desk they need more help!!! And there is like no parking so when the line is wrapped around inside I have to go somewhere else bc I can’t park or I have to wait! I can’t stress this enough they need more help behind the counter so the line doesn’t get long!!

Usually pretty fast service. But during the holidays the wait can be bad because there are only two registers at the counter. I was on a line there once that stretched all the way out into the parking lot.

Janice was very rude , made me fill out a bunch of forms before telling me I could not ship my package. Total waste of time, it’s always crowded and there is always only one person working.

Bianca and Janice are fabulous! Best Post office around! They’re efficient, smart and friendly! 5 stars!

Horrible service and zero desire to help. How do you expect to stay in business when your treat your customers, local residents, like garbage?

The ladies that work here are always full of smiles. Anytime I need to stop by I know that the women working here will make it as easy and simple as possible.

Very professional, specially that blond lady Susie, she is amazing, very friendly, she is all ways smiling and knows everybody with their first name! Bravo!!

Two out of the three people using behind the counter are very courteous and knowledgeable

I will only go to the HIllsdale PO.I live in Westwood where they are incompetent with terrible customer service.The USPS has gone in the toilet and not like it used to be. They need to hire people that are pleasant.Update: since previous postal clerk retired, its not as good but better than Westwood PO.Always a line, but all USPO are the same these days.

Understaffed PO leads to longer lines and overworked employees. Not great.
