I rented some tables and chairs from them in Aug 2015 for a party and kept them in our backyard. One day later we noticed there were roaches in our house which has never happened before. We determined they were from the tables and chairs we rented. After we thoroughly cleaned up the backyard and sprayed our house, the roaches didnt come back. Valley Tent Rental should have thoroughly sprayed their equipment before delivering them to customers. I dont trust this company anymore which is unfortunate since the customer service was great.

Used valley tent rental many times over the past 8 or so years. Great prices, everything delivered is always spotless, and customer service is great. I highly reccomend! I plan to use them for many future parties!

Ive used them in the past and was very satisfied but I just called and the lady helping me place my order was the rudest most sarcastic person Ive ever delt with. Note to owner: replace her! You will continue losing business.Thank God Sean called me and sorted everything out. The set up and equipment are outstanding.The men were polite, friendly and professional.Highly recommend valley tent rental. You wont be disappointed.
