These guys are the absolute best, I had two tires go on me that I bought a few months ago from another dealer in westchester, and they were caring, and quick about getting the tires in from the warehouse and going beyond the call of duty to provide the best service I have ever had. If i could recommend them to everyone I would, better prices and better service then the run of the mill corporate national chains out there that try to do the same things but fall short in service and overall care for the customers. These guys beat them out by MILES, on service, care, and price! God Bless these guys!

While driving in from the city, I noticed the tire pressure was rapidly decreasing. I called Nick at the Hillsdale location and he said I could come straight over. Had to get new tires for my pickup, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get them because they were oversized since my trucks lifted. I got a quote from Jorge, who was very respectful and professional. He was able to find the best price and made me feel my truck was in good hands the whole time! Ive been going to this place for years. Even though it is a chain, it felt like a neighborhood auto repair shop. The staff there knew a lot of the customers and it almost seemed like old friends hanging out at a bar (minus the alcohol). The staff has changed, but the service is still good and people are friendly. I do miss Pete and Joe, but the new guys get the job done too. This is my go to place for tire and wheel related service.

ETD makes it easier to own a car. They offer appointments, and have a nice place to wait while your car is being serviced. The guys who work here are friendly and helpful. When my tire icon was on before work the other morning I drove here and it was promptly taken care of, with a smile. What a relief.

Our family was traveling back from vacation on a Saturday afternoon - and had a flat on the interstate. ETD was the closest tire center we found on google. We pulled in, they had what we needed, and they replaced our tire very quickly. They even had good coffee. 1st class service.

I do not usually do reviews, but they earned it on this one. I was driving up to help my parents during the beginning of the COVID19 crisis, and my tire blew out on the highway. I was 200 miles from my residence so there was no way to get home without a tire (which was under warranty). Lonnnnng story short, after 6 hours on trying to track down the warranty, Billy (front desk) simply said, dont worry, we will get you home today no matter what. And they did! He was great with the insurance people and me calling like a crazy person all day.

Have purchased tires and rims from here multiple times and have always been very happy with both their prices and work. Highly recommend them for tires, alignments and wheel balancing.

The people are friendly and the service is fast. You can really trust them.Once I needed a alignment but decided to schedule for a different time. When I went to do the service they said the car did not need it anymore, I went back home happy because I did not have to spend the money. So they do not do any service you dont really need.

Bill was fantastic to work with. I had a wheel issue for 3 months that restricted my driving to no more than 65 mph. After getting new tires and multiple tire balances at other places, I finally landed at ETD. They balanced the tires (again), but told me go drive the car and come right back and let him know. Again, same result. Bill said most places would recommend a refurbished wheel at this point, but instead suggested we try a road force balance before spending that $$ which was MUCH more cost effective ($35+/- per tire) than getting a refurbished wheel ($250+). Lo and behold, Bill was right! Back on the road again and so grateful someone was able to solve my problem. Thanks Bill!!!

Had a set of 4 wheels with winter tires mounted on them from TireRack shipped to the ETD in Hillsdale to swap in to replace the summer tires that were on my car. I mistakenly told them that my wheel locks were in my trunk, but when they brought the car into the service garage they informed me of my mistake. I went back home, got the wheel locks, and they replaced my tires and loaded up the summers wrapped in plastic in my trunk. I was very pleased with their professional work and understanding. I would definitely consider them for future work.

Andy and the team at ETD were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with purchasing new tires for my Lexus. They explained all my options and the key differences between each. Prices are reasonable for the top notch service ETD provides. You get a very personable, easy experience here which is hard to come by.This is a reliable business which my family has been utilizing for many years and will continue to based on my most recent experience. These guys really know their stuff and they are the only shop I will trust my car with moving forward. Rich inspected. diagnosed, and repaired my car, doing excellent work in fixing my exhaust mount, performing an oil change, tire rotation, and installing two new tires. Andy, Austin, and Joe were also excellent and helped me select the best tire for my needs. These guys give the best time for value investment around and I am deeply happy with their work and service.

I was on my way to the city this morning did a job interview. Going down the Garden State one of my tires started to lose pressure quickly. EDT was the nearest shop. Once I told them I was running late for an interview they got me in immediately. When they werent able to repair the tire and didnt have my of size in stock, they took care of putting the spare on, wished me good luck and sent me on my way without a bill. This is the kind of customer service that you dont see often any more. I highly recommend them. I live in hour away but will be coming here the next time I need tires

I had thought they did only tires but recently I had them do brakes and rotors as well given they were more cost effective and use OE parts. I have been bringing my previous and current car to this shop for years. After having a couple of bad experiences at other service centers around town, a friend of mine recommended this center. I cannot say enough great things about their customer and mechanical services. Austin, Joe, and the rest of the team are extremely helpful and understanding. Not knowing much about mechanics myself, they work with me as I explain the issues Im experiencing with my car. Prior to completing any work they give me a run down of the issues and prices. If they find any other problems they let me know as well. They are also accommodating when it comes to walk ins and/or appointments. I highly recommend this service center and will continue to do so!

Highly recommend!! So pleasantly surprised by the friendly competent service I received last week. I called in the afternoon for an alignment on my H2 with oversized tires. Austin had my vehicle taken into the shop within the hour and they completed the job. The technician even located a leak, brought my attention to it and instead of up-selling me, they had me take it back to the place that had originally done the work to see if it would be under warranty. ETD is great. They give accurate times of work being done, are not pushy about trying to sell you services you did not ask about, and are very professional. I am glad I purchased my tires from them, as I have gotten 2 flats, and it didnt cost a penny for repairs because of the 3 year insurance that is very affordably priced at the time of tire purchase. They also rotate the tires free as well when needed. Glad they are right down the street. Their website is also very easy to use.

Went in for a full set of tires after denting a rim. They were able to accommodate me with no appointment and replaced the tires in no time. Reasonable prices too!

Got an oil change, new battery, and a few other things checked out. Things could not have gone smoother. My family has been bringing our cars to ETD for years for tires and maintenance. Theyre always very friendly and extremely thorough with their work. Anytime they notice something that needs to be worked on, in addition to what you came in for, they go over it with you and provide you with different options for repairing the issue. And most important, they never pressure you into doing any work. They just provide you with the information and the option to have the repairs completed.

We have dealt with Joe McNamara and the staff at ETD for more than 20 years. We have always found them to be fair and honest with any work weve had done on our vehicles. We get tires for all our vehicles there and they do oil changes, etc. even on new vehicles. We have found them to be fair and the pricing to be more reasonable than the dealership and they have never pressured to get repairs done as they did at the dealership.

Jroeg is a wonderful help and I highly recommend going to him for help. He’s always my go to.

I booked a service with Andy after being told by Honda I had a nail in a sidewall. I refuse to pay dealership prices for tires, so I found these guys. Andys tech Johann found that the nail was close enough to the rim - and far away from the shoulder of the tire - that I could get a patch/plug rather than pay $300 for a new pair of tires. I have a good few months more left on my old tires - this left me with more money for the holidays. I love these guys for their honesty and will come see Andy when my tires are actually in need of replacement!

Ive been bringing my cars to ETD for many years. Andy Austin and Joe, at the front desk have been very curious and helpful. Not only does the technical staff do a great job of performing the requested work, but they also point out other things that should be addressed. Ive never had an issue working with these people and will continue to bring my cars there. My daughter also uses their service for her personal car and grooming vans.

I came in early on a Saturday without an appointment needing a replacement run flat for my car. They immediately welcomed me when I walked in, had me written up with an estimate which was clearly explained, and I was on my way home with a new tire in less than 45 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommend them.

This is a repair shop in the area where you are in good hands. Andy, Joe and Austin are very knowledgable and have always advised us well. They only do necessary repairs and dont invent repairs as other shops do. Their prices are reasonable and transparent. We have them do most of the work on all of our cars. (We have some scheduled maintenance work done by our car dealers service departments.)

Andy and Joe weve been going to for many years and know us by name. They always try to work with us, especially to avoid unnecessary work on all of our cars. They give details in their quote and if there is something else that comes up they call right away to discuss.Very thorough.The facility is clean and comfortable and if you need to wait there is an area with magazines and a TV.

Work was done quickly, there was no problem with the fact that I brought my own oil for my oil change.There was a slight misunderstanding when they were writing up what services I needed, I hadnt brought my own oil filter, when they discovered that they were almost apologetic that they had to charge me for one. They charged a reasonable price for the cartridge style filter my vehicle takes (expensive filters!) and I had no problems with it.No one tried to up sell me on anything unnecessary which makes coming back worthwhile every time. This is the third time Ive used ETD for a maintenance.

Ive gone to EDT tires three times now in the past two years. They have always been completely honest, respectful, timely and competent. I recommend them highly if you need a new battery, a tire patch or new tires.

I used this place (see my previous review below) over a year ago. At the time I was very happy with them. A few weeks ago I was in Asia on business, and my wife emailed me to say there was a slow leak in one of our front tires. I told her to go to ETD. A few hours later, I received a concerned email from her. ETD told her that our front end alignment was severely out of balance, the tire that was low on air was torn up, and needed to be replaced. They also told her that the brakes were bad, and she needed to replace the pads and have the rotors cut.Had they just lied about the tire, they may have duped me. But I do most of my automotive work, and had rotated the tires the week before, and inspected the pads. There was nothing wrong with them. I sent my wife an email to get the slow leak fixed, and use our other car until I returned.When I came home, I pulled the front wheels, and the tires had no visible wear, the brakes were fine, and my opinion of ETD went into the toilet. Ill never spend a penny here again. Total scam artists, trying to take advantage of a customer.After posting the above review, the shop contacted me asking me to bring the car in so they could show me how bad the tires are. I pulled the wheels again, and made a detailed inspection. I checked the tire wear and brakes again. I put on several thousand miles since then. The car is fine.Here is my previous review:I normally purchase my tires online, and find a shop to install them. When I called ETD for prices to mount and balance, Joe asked me where I was getting my tires from. I told him, and he asked if he could provide me a competitive quote. In all of my years of buying tires online, this is the first time someone asked this question.Joe provided a competitive quote, I accepted, he ordered the tires for me, and called me when they came in. I dropped my car off, and it was done within an hour. I will definitely utilize this shop for my auto work in the future.

Ive always had great service at the Hillsdale location. Just recently, my wifes car had a flat and I brought the tire to them about 30 minutes before they were about to close and they took me in right away and fixed the problem in, no kidding, like 5 minutes. Not only professional, but kind and courteous. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I purchased 4 new tires that had a $70 rebate. I was denied the rebate from the manufacturer, it expired 1 day before. The manufacturer said there’s nothing they can do. I went into the store and spoke to the manager about the problem. Without any hesitation, I was credited the $70 right away. It couldn’t have been handled better. I was very impressed and will definitely go back for other needs. Thank you!

Good prices & great service. I had to get tires replaced after one blew out on the highway and the guys at ETD were great in helping out. I didnt have an appointment but they were able to fit me in and get me back on the road same day with only a short wait.

Cant thank Ozzy and Lyle enough for evaluating and taking care of my tire and rim issues. After my blow out was towed elsewhere first, and I still had an issue immediately after leaving there, I drove to ETD in Hillsdale straight from there for help. We have used them in the family for years and always knew they would do it right and not look to charge for anything that was not needed and show us all of their findings which was especially important in this instance. Ozzy is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and Lyle is a great mechanic which made me feel confident in getting back into my car.
