Party Pro did an excellent job with helping us on our recent event. The staff was great with planning help communication of delivery of all of all or rental needs. I would recommend them highly for any event!

Thank God for The Party Pros...they turned out to be the Party Heroes! I needed a HUGE tent last minute for my sons wedding. I called everyone in town but everyone was completely booked. Kierra took all my information down and said she would try to help. She ended up finding exactly what we needed and saved the wedding day! The Party Pros were awesome to work with for my daughters baby shower last weekend. The only real negative thing I have to say is I wish there were a better sign pointing 👉 towards their Will Call because I kind of drove a little bit in circles, but in all honesty I was driving my hubbys new truck so I might have just missed.But overall a REALLY FREAKING AWESOME COMPANY TO WORK WITH. We will definitely use their services a0gain.

We have rented from Party Pros a few times to rent chairs. Each time the chairs are scratched and dinged. It would be nice if they chairs were in better condition for the price they are charging. It wouldnt cost much to spray paint them a little more often.

Party Pros have consistently given me professional service. Jennifer does a wonderful job with order assistance. I spoke with her in person and over the phone several times. Each time I made a small adjustment to my order for my sons wedding on October 24th, she was kind, understanding and efficient. She would immediately send me a revised contract so I knew exactly what I changed. Their delivery cost is the most reasonable in the business. The products came well packed and in excellent shape. They have nice products at good prices. But their customer service is very uneven. My first call to them was answered by a lady who sounded bored and uninterested in my business, telling me she had very few items left. I called back to reserve those few items, and a different lady answered. She was enthusiastic and said she had more items if I wanted them. I was thrilled, and rented them. When I came to pick them up, I was greeted by a very uncaring lady who rolled her eyes when I said I was there to pick up some reserved items. I cant prove it, but I bet this woman and the one who I first talked to were the same person. Then when I went to drop the items back off, Hwy 26 was at a crawl, and I knew their store was closing soon. I could see their store from where I was, and called them that I should be there in 3 minutes, so could they wait for me so I could return the items. They said no, they were closing. So the next day they call me and ask where the items were. I repeated what had happened when I tried to come in, and the lady gave a curt reply so when ARE you coming in?. No Im sorry we couldnt stay open yesterday or anything...probably the same first lady I spoke with! Maybe shell change when she reads this...

I rented tables and chairs for a surprise 25th wedding anniversary party for my parents from Party Pros. I had asked that the tables and chairs arrive to the venue early in the morning and they gave a delivery window of 10-12 and arrived at 10:45. We were able to get things set up a lot faster than we expected because of this. Tables and chairs were in good condition. A few of the chairs we received had some dried paint on them and when I let them know they quickly refunded me my money for the chairs with paint on them. Party Pros has impeccable customer service! I will continue to use them for any future events I have.

Our first time working with The Party Pros. Great customer service, both in person and over the phone. We rented a snow cone machine from them for a birthday party. The machine was easy to use, and the kids all loved it.

Party Pros is by far the best vendor for rentals in Portland. They are always accommodating no matter WHAT I throw at them, and if they dont have exactly what I need, they find a way to make it work with perfect substitutions.Antasia has been a lifesaver more times than I can even begin to count, and shes always a complete joy to work with! I had a great experience working with PARTY PROS for my wedding at Bridal Veil Lakes in the Gorge. They were helpful dropping off and picking everything up. They had quick, clear communication and were helpful even when we made lots of updates.

I enjoyed renting from party pros. The only minus is they should call when they are in town to drop off or pickup. The dropped off early which was great but picked up late. Over all I’d rent with them again.

I called because I had a friend tell me party pros sells discontinued linens. I needed a couple 8ft table linens and was open to the color. When I called a girl answered the phone and I simply asked if she had any for sale? She responds with, you’re welcome to come into the store and look. She wasn’t willing to put my on hold and let tell me if they even had any for sale. I asked, maybe I could hold for someone else who can help me and she responds again, with your welcome to come in and see what we have. I let her know I was coming from the other end of town and didn’t want to come to the store if they don’t even have any for sale. She was very rude and very very unhelpful. I asked for her name and also the name of the supervisor. She asked why I was asking this and I let her know I do a lot of business with weddings and events and can’t belive this is th level of service she’s willing to provide. She never gave me the name of her supervisor, she hung up on me. I don’t ever leave bad reviews and wish I didn’t have to leave one here. This is just completely inexcusable! Flat out no customer service let alone “bad” customer service!!!!! Why treat people this way???

Since contacting party pros, all there has been is miscommunication on their part. After sending multiple emails we still received the wrong products. The woman helping us was incredibly rude and disrespectful when we called for help on the day of the event. We placed a simple order of 11 Linens and 6 tables and received only 8 linens. when we called, they were too busy to drop by the other missing ones which we were blamed for. After 3 emails reiterating the same order. The tables we received were wobbly and beat up. As stated in another review we too were left holding the proverbial bag.

Being in a position that allows me to make ordering decisions i do my research. obviously the above reviews are wrong. i made a simple dish and linen order that was: 1, they were an hour late for drop off. 2, the linens were stained. 3, the dishes had more spots than a Dalmatian. overall my experience was very bad. I was negatively reprimanded by my superiors. thepartypros left me holding the proverbial bag.

Ive worked with them a couple times renting wooden chairs. They were wonderful to work with and the chairs looked great!

The folks at Party Pros could not have been more helpful and wonderful to work with for our recent Chef/Host Appreciation Party. We hosted a large gathering at the Lan Su Chinese Gardens and Party Pros were there to help us make the evening a HUGE success! These people were awful to work with. They flat out lied and said that their people called us twice, left a voicemail, and knocked on our doors despite receiving ZERO calls from them and three people being there during the window AND the doors being unlocked. We ended up being forced to house their equipment for 5 extra days which we dont really have the space for. Their customer service representatives were extremely rude and unhelpful in trying to resolve any issues we had.Do not use them for your equipment rental.

This place needs a serious staff change. The girl I spoke to on the phone was not kind and even said before I hung up.so any other questions about your reservation that you dont understand ? I only called to extend our rental by half a day. We were suppose to pick up a machine on Tuesday morning but needed to get it at the end of there day on Monday and I was charged half what i already paid for just that short time and they wont even be open for anyone to rent it but still they charge that much more per additional day past 3. Could have given me a break since its only 1 hr of there business time. Will be looking elsewhere to rent the same item next year. Been renting every year for 11 yrs now and never have I had a girl be so rude and unwilling to work with customers to keep them coming back. That a why I will not use them again. My advice to themLEARN TO BEND OR YOU WILL END UP BREAKING.
