Good prices. Solid customer service, even when things go wrong. Solid gear. I *always* check this place first.Power Rents has gear for huge projects. Even though Im just a home owner with relatively small projects, Power Rents has consistently treated me as a first class customer.

I rented a stump grinder from Power rents on Saturday afternoon to use on Sunday. I got to the job and it only ran 20 minutes before dying. I check the fuel (which was full). Turn on the choke and started it back up. This happened about six more times. So I called their service number and left a message. I also called their emergency service number and left another message. Never got a callback. So I did some investigating and found out that the fuel line at the turn off was totally clogged up and the fuel filter was packed so full nothing could get through it. I rent equipment so I dont have to maintain it myself but yet I needed to finish the job so I went to Bi- mart bought a fuel filter and put it on. When I returned it Monday morning I asked the guy if he could give me a discount because it didnt run like it was supposed to.He said no and asked me if I called the Service number. Which I replied yes to and no one called me back. We went round and round. This place does not take that great care of their equipment.

This place has great customer service. The deals are fair and respected. They have a large variety of machines and they are in good condition. Good place to rent machine at a great price.

They strongly supported my sons Boy Scout Eagle project. I cant say thank you enough for that. Their equipment worked perfectly and they were flexible on return time for us since the project went longer than expected.

I travel 10 miles farther out of my way to rent from them. Their equipment has never let me down.

They screw us by charging us for a rusted part that fell off. Then the owner was yelling at us it sounds like a really good company or not they suck please dont use them
