I received a letter from my bank regarding a recently opened HELOC. The subject was URGENT Request: correct mortgagee/loss payee clause. I called Grants office and Maggie asked me to send her a copy of the letter. The next morning she sent me a copy of the requested declarations page, and faxed a copy to the bank. She also called the bank to insure the fax was received. Very quick and thorough service!
