This was a temporary dinner set up for the opening of The Venetian to come soon. Did a great job was set up in a large space with plenty of spacing for providing the safety needed. They showed great pictures of the work they are doing on the Venetian. Its going to be great!

These guys kill it. The staff are among the hardest working hospitality team Ive seen. They serve great food, timely, fresh, and tasty. The AV team they use are top notch as well. It was a, no surprises, event. The tech worked flawlessly, and ran clean systems. I look forward to working with that venue again. They truly have hospitality down to an art.

This was our first time at NW events and we absolutely loved the experience.Unless youre in Beaverton or Hillsboro, its a bit out of the way. That being said, the amount of available parking makes up for someplace similar in Portland.The food and drinks were fantastic and we even had gymnasts (I hope thats the current term, see photo) during the beginning of our holiday party.Would highly recommend this venue.

Great space for events in the hillsboro area. The venue is really nice and kept up well. The staff is amazing. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. They also do catering right on site and the food is really good and creative. I recommend it for your personal of corporate functions.

My husband and I had a great experience with NW Events & Environments. We had been planning our wedding for a year and they were available over the entire year to meet with us when we had questions about rentals, vendors and catering. They were always willing to meet with us and give many tours to our family members who were involved in our wedding day planning. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The lighting, wall decor, table decor and ceiling decor were perfect and exactly what we wanted. On our wedding day, all of the staff, including the owner, were available to help with directing our vendors and making sure that everything was exactly how we wanted. Zane was our DJ and he was amazing! He was so helpful and definitely catered to our various requests and took care of the timeline for the night. We would highly recommend NW Events & Environments to anyone who wants the flexibility to create their own space for their event. Thanks again for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

I have had the pleasure of attending events at NW Events as a guest, and working with them for a wedding where I was the planner, they are an amazing venue and caterer with decor all in one!Their venue is so flexible you can use it as a blank canvass and in Portland you can have a comfortable rain plan free event any day of the year!The staff is so helpful, the service is fabulous and the food is truly delicious. They do not disappoint!

I attended a networking event here and the space is wonderful with so many different options for a large or small group. The people working here were so helpful and it is evident they take pride in what they do. They have an in house caterer and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend them.

Decent event space, but the temperature in the building could not be managed. Dress in layers if you are scheduled to go here for anything. The catering on the other hand was amazing. We were here for a 3 day offsite and each meal was great.

Its a good sized space, but it doesnt have windows and the ceiling could use a touch-up, as it is peeling in places. It doesnt correspond with the street, so extra signage is necessary. The events Ive been to are exceptionally well organized, usually by volunteers.

When we first met with our “coordinator” for the wedding, she said that we could set up for our Saturday wedding as early as Wednesday the week before. It was months later before she mentioned at our next walk-through that they could, in fact, schedule something any time before and then we would not be able to get in until day of. Naturally, as soon as I emailed her (the next day) to try and reserve the space for additional time they had already booked another event and we could not decorate or have the rehearsal there. Luckily, the week before, this event was moved and we were told we could come in the day before to decorate and hold our rehearsal. However, we got there that day and were told we weren’t supposed to be there. We showed them the email saying we could, but our coordinator was nowhere to be found. The equipment manager said that he would start working on it, but that we needed to leave and come back FOUR HOURS later! We set up that wedding as fast as possible, but were missing almost ALL of the rentals we had reserved and paid for, and could not get a hold of our coordinator for anything. A huge sound system was supposed to be moved and then the next day, when it was still there, it “couldn’t be.” During the rehearsal, despite the fact they had let us in so late, the coordinator came in as we were wrapping up and PRAYING to tell me that she was going to turn off the breakers because we were five minutes over. She was perfectly awful the entire time, including waiting until the last minute to set up the cake table, and not making the centerpiece she promised on our initial walk through. The boys who ran equipment the day before, scrambling to help us set up, were wonderful. However, the entire experience was more stressful than was necessary, and many of the things we were told and had paid for were not delivered as promised or at all. In addition, the coordinator was terribly unpleasant and completely lacking in compassion. Would NOT recommend this venue for any bride that does not need additional stress on her plate.

Good prices for rental items and they have good flexibility for pick up and drop off.They make sure to call you if you missed your pick up time to schedule a new one. I was running late and they let me know when a good time to make it in!

Good place for events, food was delicious and kitchen made an accommodation for someone at our table. Wait staff was friendly and seemed well organized. Decor was nice and area was clean with good parking.

Not a bad spot for a large event. But, the room needs to be dressed correctly or it feels like a giant box. Very similar feel to the expo center or convenient center except in Hillsboro. I dont know the rates, but the event center assisted with catering, decorations, audio, visual and the bar. We got lucky and were able to use some of the decorations from the last event too. We did have an issue with the side room (party) sharing restrooms with our event, this caused some people to drift from event to event.

Jessica is one of the best coordinators! She is so attentive to details, good at diffusing stressful situations and very available when I need her. I like that the space is a blank slate that can be decorated any way I want it to be.

Substandard corporate event space with insufficient bathroom facilities, so-so catering, and visible fiberglass sagging from the ceiling. Large meeting room has poor sight lines and middling sound. Oh, no parking either.
