Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My first visit to Dr. Walters was my first dental appointment in a decade. No one made me feel bad for my lapse in care, and they fixed up 3 cavities and a broken front tooth beautifully. I’m smiling in pictures for the first time in years. A year and a half later, and they’ve helped me maintain my smile.

An amazing practice inside Hilliard city limits. If within your comfort zone of driving distance, you would be foolish not to go here!

I’ve been seeing Dr.Walters and team for about 15 years and am happy to have found my “forever dentist” He has always been a kind, genuine professional with a relaxing demeanor. I’ve never once been in pain, my teeth always look great and I’ve had everything done from cleanings, root canals, crown replacements and :( cavities. The whole office is great and it says a lot when the same happy, friendly employees are still there year after year.

Dr. Walters and his team were great! After years of going to a dentist that didn’t seem to care much about what I needed, I was astonished how great the service was! My previous dentist would always tell me “we’ll talk about it next time” but when next time came, it was the same response. Dr.Walters found 3 cavities that my previous dentist never even mentioned to me so I didn’t know I needed them fixed. And he made it a point to get me scheduled ASAP and not in another 3+ months! Dr. Walters and his team treat a patient how they should be treated with care and respect and have genuine concern for their dental care. They’ve got a patient for life from me!

And he’s genuine, down to earth, easy to talk too....plus he plays great music!!Staff is awesome! Never a problem with billing/insurance. Will work with you on appointments. Dental assistants perform wonderful work cleaning your teeth.

I have had a lot of dental work. That said, Dr Walters and his staff are The Best. They maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere and are highly skilled at what they do. When I go in for an appointment, it feels more like visiting friends than going to the dentist.

We really like Dr. Walters and his staff. We have used him over 15 years now. He is really a great dentist. When my sons lived in South Carolina they made the nine hour trip back here to use him. My youngest son tried another dentist last year because his insurance did not cover all of Dr. Walters visit since he was out -of-network. Well Kevin went to another dentist that wanted to do a totally unnecessary expensive procedure that was not needed. Kevin decided to have a second opinion by Dr. Walters and it turned out he did not need the procedure. A year later the the tooth is still fine as it was. We feel Dr. Walters is very trust worthy. He is also a very caring gentle dentist. Six of us use him in the family. We highly recommend him.

I LOVE Dr. Walters and staff. The office is extremely nice and clean, I never wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment and I am in and out very quickly for my routine cleanings. Lorrie is always very personable and wonderful to speak to on the phone when making or changing appointments. Dr. Walters is out of network for my dental insurance so I tried another dentist that was in network that tried to tell me I had hundreds of dollars worth of work that needed done so I decided to go back to Dr. Walters because I trust him - and for good reason, he assured me that what I had been told by the other dentist was simply not true. Very happy and satisfied patient!

I am giving the review two stars instead of one due to the wonderful front office staffs and dental hygienists. They are absolutely wonderful to work with.For the facility, the office is clean and warm. However, they do not have the rinsing table, and they don’t wear mask which means they are breathing on you when working on you.As far as Dr Dana Walters, I personally don’t believe he cares too much about the patients. The first visit with him was great and warm, but it was changed after that. When I had to go back for the THIRD time (same tooth/same issue), I asked if I can have Dr Dana Walters to take a look at the issue instead of the hygienist and it was confirmed the appointment will be with him. The day of the appointment, he passed by my room, had eye contact with me without saying a word to me, and continue to chit-chat with other staffs. I still end up working with the hygienist. I personally do not believe it’s too much to ask for a doctor to show up or even acknowledge the issues consider I have been back for the third time. He absolutely shows no interest to his patients and will definitely be the last time I go there.

We have been seeing Dr Walters for the last 12 years and absolutely love him! Very friendly and gentle. His staff is always smiling and very professional. I recommend him to all my friends!

I called with a tooth emergency about 7 years ago when I first moved to Ohio. I found Dr. Walters and called to see if I could come in and even though I was a brand new patient, they saw me right away and fixed my tooth. Ive been going back twice a year+ ever since. The staff and Dr. Walters are genuinely nice people that know what theyre doing. My temp crowns (made in the office) always looked better than the perm crowns they were ordering- now they are making them in house and I have to say they make better crowns than any I have seen. 7 years later- I have a nice healthy smile and can honestly say zero complaints.

I have been to Dr. Walters office twice now since I moved to the area and both times my experience has been great. I haven’t had to wait long at all before being called back and they are as gentle as they can be while cleaning and checking my teeth.

When going to see Dr. Walters and his team .... I am not nervous or high strung as they are professional, patient, & personable. I could not ask for a more calm dental experience each visit and I appreciate their gentle touch yet effective dental care! Theyve handled one or two dental emergencies in my years ... and on the flip side... if I have arrived an hour early theyve gone out of their way to accommodate!

Havent had a problem with it in over 10 years! They are always willing to work around my, ever so crazy, schedule and are also very accommodating to my kids (when I have to drag them along)! I am very glad that I did and I am also very thankful to be able to trust him and his team. There are many things that I appreciate here, but most notably I know that Dr. Walters priorities for my treatments are not driven by financial motivation; they are prioritized based on scientific fact. And the team is patient which is very important to me because I have very sensitive teeth and getting numb can take a little while. Finally, and this blew my mind, I did not feel any pain from getting numbed or any pain from the work that had to happen. Fantastic people that are very professional and very capable! Thank you.

I had my first visit to Dr. Walters office on 2/13. I filled out the new patient registration paperwork online first and I was in the dentist chair less than 5 minutes after I walked in so I recommend you do that too. The hygienist was friendly and it really felt like she actually cleaned my teeth! The office was very clean and had all the modern technology. When Dr. Walters came in he was more thorough than I have experienced, and I left feeling like he really cared. I made my 6 month cleaning appt. already.
