I bought the unlimited car wash (the ultimate). I ran through the wash today and to my surprise my suv was still full of mud from driving in the rain the night before. I went back through the line and expressed my concern to Andrew. He ran to the office and got a rag and wiped it off for me and I rode back through. I appreciate this type of customer service and will continue to do business with Moo Moo! Thanks Andrew!

Brought my vehicle here for a basic wash and the brushes left swirl marks and scratches all over the vehicle. 3 very deep scratches on the hood. Destroyed the finish on my car that has only 6,000 miles on. If you dont want your car looking like this, stay far away from this place.Damage claim filed on 2/5/21. The site manager responded and(as expected)said the brushes didnt do the damage.

This is a very fast paced car wash. I went on a Sunday when it was very busy, but since there were two lines cars were moving quickly.As my husband and I waited, he registered our vehicle for premium membership so when we got up to the payment we asked the worker what we needed to do. He was extremely fun and friendly and got everything ready for us, it hardly took five minutes. And after we got through washing and waxing the car we were able to take advantage of the vacuums they have on the side to clean out the car.Overall one of the best experiences at a carwash Ive had!

Does not give spotfree or streakfree rinse as advertised. I purchased the VIP Creme de la creme wash. My rear window had soap streaks and the exterior was left with spots. After going through the wash you need to towel dry to prevent the spots. The vacuums are not that powerful. Each visit to this location produced the same results.

Been to the one in Hilliard several times. The tire shine only does half your tire. And the air dryer don’t dry the back of you vehicle. But I do like how they changed how you get in the gates.

This is a pretty good spot to get your car washed. Some of the ceramic wash doesnt come off so you catch it when you drying your car off but the rest of the wash and the system they have his pretty good. Their vacuums are all right. The only issue I saw there were there were people using the vacuums that obviously did not use the car wash I wish there was a little bit more command and control over that part of the facility Especially when it gets busy like when I was there today

The wash was fine. I had issue with an employee. Yesterday on March 4th I went to wash my car and when my turn came I asked the employee what is the $15.99 one I want unlimited membership and he was looking confused and was not even talking properly and then when I asked again the price for car wash he was looking at me like I am wrong I should have not ask these questions. He was like just murmuring. I thought maybe I should not have ask these questions.Then I did the $8 low fat wash. It feels so weird. I guess u should put communicative employee in your car wash. Thank You!

Ive been coming to this location for a few months now and never does the tag reader read my tag. I got help from an employee who changed the tag and told me to take the old one off. I come in today and not only does the tag not read again but it reads through someone elses account thats not mine. I pay for the VIP wash and today I had to settle for the cheapest one possible because your employee couldnt figure out what else to do. I raise this concern to the employee and he said he didnt have any idea what to do. I just canceled my membership.

I often just need a quick exterior wash. I dont ever need the max. I like the quick $5 in and out with vacuum option included. The line gets long often and I dont always want to wait, but it beats the Goo Goo Wash.

This place is really clean but boy do they get busy staff is very nice inside there office they have a little store for you to buy everything at that you would need for your car anywhere from tablets to dry your car off to air fresheners to armor all to glass cleaner I mean theyve got it all

They’re pretty busy and unless you park and get out of your car, no one will help you. I had a free wash but ended up paying $13 because I was sandwiched in the line and no one would help me.

Staff is great, but soap is always still on my car after every wash... rinse section is too short, or not enough water being used.

Moo moo has the best clean and friendly staff. Always gets the grime off my car and the vacuums 90% of the time are super strong and great. Giving 4 stars because from time to time the vacuum modules dont have the suckers attached right which is a pain. But Moo Moo is my exclusive car wash! Love em

Verbally attacked by both the Manager and one of the attendants. They refused service. I am a monthly member as well as my 4 immediate family members. They claimed my truck was too large. I explained to them that I have went thru this wash hundreds of times. Then they let me go thru without the wash on to prove my truck would not hit anything. The Manager Susan told me she has worked at several locations. I wanted to explain to her that this is what Corporate does. They have a troubled employee so they move them around to different locations. I will be canceling my 5 memberships due to Susans unprofessionalism and complete ignorance.

This car wash has really gone down hill. Ive had to run my vehicle through 2 or 3 times recently because it doesnt clean and it never gets the back side of the vehicles like it should for some reason. It doesnt dry the vehicle on the sides and back. Also I was told the last time I visited that any vehicle with a roof rack can no longer be taken through, so I canceled my monthly membership.

This place used be great. I paid $13 dollars, and the bottom half of my car still has the dirt that i brought in with me.

Such great experience there I even pay for the unlimited monthly wash. The funniest thing Ive encountered was few days ago when one of yalls employees asked me what happened to my car. Im a security officer so I go to all sorts of sites the one that made.my car so dirty was a construction site.

It does ok but never cleans around the mirrors and the license plate on the back. Its better than nothing.

You can get a good car wash here at an affordable price. They have a great vacuum area to clean the inside of the car. Quick service as well. The only downside is that the line ends up blocking the road. On the first nice day good luck driving around there.

Every time I come, I always have issues with the vacuums not working. They say to alert staff in case it happens but no one is ever around and doesn’t answer phones.

I bought the monthly plan and are very pleased. They really have improved. Staff is always there to help you. Highly recommend them

Paid $18 for the creme de la creme. Had my window down to get the cloth they hand out for this wash. Attendant asked if I was getting the $18 wash. Obviously he didnt know and evidently didnt select it. Went thru and didnt get the tire shine or underbody and looks like I didnt get the wax either. Dont know, but seems to be getting a little shoddy there. Had a problem the last time going thru as it didnt even touch my tailgate. Went thru 3 times before they figured it out. I was told because I had a hitch it wouldnt clean the tailgate.

The one in Hilliard is terrible. Did not clean my truck good at all. Missed spots and did not clean my tires like the other Moo Moo Express on 5th Ave.

Ive used MOO MOO MANY times and was never disappointed w my results until this time. I usually get the $8 wash and its great This time I got the $13 wash and my car wasnt clean. They ALWAYS had given a little packet of a cloth and a car air freshener. I didnt get that. Thank you.

Line can get backed up but it goes fairly quick. Even with the wait and amount of cars - there is usually always a vacuum space open. More would be ideal, but I know that’s not something that can be controlled. Definitely my go to car wash! Can’t beat the deals.

For the convenience factor this is top notch! A reasonably clean vehicle in under 5 minutes. Not a bad price but for the higher level washes I would expect better detail around the rocker panels and finer trim. Overall nice to have to clean and save time.

Just went to Moo Moo on Hilliard Rome Rd. and got the $13 wash that is supposed to include tire shine. I have purchased the $13 wash before and the tire shine usually is dripping and visibly shiny. Today the tires are dry and when you touch it it’s not wet, just leaves a black mark on your finger. I went back and the young man working there tried to feed me some story about tire shine build up. I’m not stupid and I don’t appreciate being given ridiculous explanations that make no sense. Make sure you are getting what you pay for especially at the Moo Moo on Hilliard Rome Rd.

Spent over an hour attempted to get my car washed- went through 3 times where the equipment “spontaneously stopped working” - all 3 times.. and my car is dirtier than it was prior to starting this. Staff is difficult to work with and have horrible communication and customer service skills.

I have rated this place before and as the Moo Moo grows the attention to detail is slipping. The layout of the Hilliard location is very tight. They have been having a problem with their auto gates and rather than fix it, they put up a portable sign in the traffic lanes making it quite difficult to get a larger vehicle by without rubbing the sign. On top of that, the change tray is projecting into the vehicle lane, so if you dont rub or hit the sign, you may hit the change tray....Slipping from 5 stars to 3

The method that you use to pay for the monthly service reocurres every month out of your account. The attendant at the car wash does not tell this....only the transaction cannot be done with cash. The service stinks only really cleans on side of your vehicle. Still waiting on my refunds for a service I did not use.

The monthly packages are wonderful! Especially if your anything like me my car had to be clean daily. You can beat it anywhere else.

Its a good place to get your car wash. The staff are always friendly. I just wish that Columbus had a full service car wash on the west side of town. I do like having unlimited car washes for only $32 a month.

Cleans car better than any other around town. Expect to wait a good 10 minutes if its a nice day. Worth the wait though. Free vacumes are a plus. $5 wash is the best way to go.

Theres a reason this place has lots of traffic, good wash with helpers available.
