Feeling a little bit disappointed by my most recent trip to this location to get my lower legs waxed. My waxing specialist missed a lot of the hair on my legs to the point that I had to go home and shave immediately after. I contacted the corporate email address to ask for a refund, and I heard back from the store manager who left a voicemail 9 minutes before she was out of town for ten days to let me know about the five day touch up policy. Unfortunately, I was unable to call her back and tell her I would not be able to come within the five day touch up policy as I was out of town, and she only gave me 9 minutes to contact her via phone before being unavailable for 10 days, and since I had to go home and shave my legs after my visit before my trip, there would have been nothing to even touch up. I do really just want my money back, as I feel the communication was lacking, and i was literally in another state unable to show up and get my legs waxed a second time.

Taylor is the best! She’s an expert hair remover and she’s an amazing person. Taylor remembers everything about you, she listens and always does a great job on my brows.

I have been going here for awhile. The service providers have always been nice and I have had a fine experience until lately. They have rescheduled my appointments multiple times because techs didnt come into work for whatever reason. I understand things come up but its hard for me to just reschedule my appointment with my work schedule and lack of childcare. The front desk person, I believe her name is Rachel, didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Especially after this has happened to me multiple times the same day of my appointment. She didnt care whatsoever, didnt even pretend to be caring, couldnt be bothered to even say, I am sorry this is such short notice and an inconvenience. That simple phrase would have made a world of difference. As a service provider myself, I find this super unprofessional and will no longer be giving them my business.

Came here for my first brazilian wax and honestly I was nervous for the experience but they made the whole thing very natural and comfortable and I felt totally at ease getting my first brazilian with Alex. She talked me through the whole thing and recommended great after care.

Taylor is amazing! She’s efficient, friendly and hilarious. She makes “me” time relaxing and fun. I refuse to see anyone else!

I don’t leave a lot of reviews in general but unfortunately my experience here was not good. It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and was pretty nervous. The lady who was waxing me brought me into the room and told me to take everything off from the waist down, didn’t bother to leave the room (which I thought was odd) or say much of anything else. I asked if she wanted me flat on my back and she said yes and I explained that I’m pregnant (third trimester) and laying flat on my back is very uncomfortable and I tend to get faint from the pressure of the baby and she said if I felt uncomfortable to let her know but that’s how she wanted me. Which I understand but maybe offering an extra pillow or something to help prop me up a little bit. But nothing. The whole time didn’t bother to have conversation or help me feel comfortable in any way, didn’t walk me through any of what was happening down there. Idk if maybe she was having a bad day or what but that’s no excuse. Overall it was not a good experience and I found somewhere else to take my business.

After I sent a message that I had arrived in the parking lot, I received a text that Rachel S was ready for my appointment. Upon entering the site, my temperature was taken and a series of questions were asked regarding my health. All personnel were wearing masks and signage showing where to stand/sit was posted.As always, Rachel S is professional and painless as she proceeds through all waxing services. DevAnn is incredible! She is welcoming, kind , down to earth and keeps me comfortable during the session. The technique she uses not only creates maximum smoothness but does not irritate my extremely sensitive skin. I have been coming to location for 5 years and I love it. Tasha is a great store manager! She is very personable and she makes scheduling super easy and convenient. Robyn is my waxer and she is the last original staff member who has been around since I’ve been coming. I have used almost every waxer at one time or another and there really isn’t a bad person. The place is always clean and I am always able to get in on time.

I have been going to this center since last 4 years now. I did not have any complain when my waxer my Maddy who left this center for better opportunities. Since then I have been having issues with scheduling. Maddy who sits on the front desk has in last 6 months scheduled my appointment wrong for almost 4 times . Either the wrong waxer or did not book all my services. I took the wax pass and since then they have been treating me like they have got the money and now they dont care about my appointments any more. Recent example I had an appointment with Hannah (the waxer) on Sunday at 2:30 pm but due to family emergency she did not come. So I rescheduled my appointment for today Wednesday at 8:00 am. I am a working women so I changed my meetings and did lot of changes so that I can make it to this 8:00 am appointment. At around 7:45 am today morning I get a call from Maddy (the front desk girl) that she booked my appointment wrong and they cannot do all my services. This is the 5th time it has happened in last 1 year and I am really done with this center. To top it off the Manager of this center calls me and says as I had rescheduled my appointment twice in last 1 year they wont be able to provide the waxer I want. She did not apologize for the mistakes done by girls at the front desk instead she blamed me. I have been a client of European Wax Center since last 10 years now and I have never ever received such a terrible service. This is the worse center I have ever been too. I wish I could give them negative scoring.

This place really stands behind you. I have fine, light-colored hair. It is hard for me to see without glasses and getting really close to my mirror. So it wasnt a shock when my water missed a patch on my chin. What was a shock was the next day when I stopped in to ask about it and the next thing I knew, I was walking back out sans chin fuzz. No questions asked, they made it right.Its been almost a year since the review above. My previous waxer has moved on and Ive been using Rachel for several months. Shes very personable and does a great job, very thorough. I just renewed one of my packages because I see no reason to go anywhere else.

I have been going to this place for at least 1.5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The Lone Tree location is closer but I love Robyn! She does my eyebrows every 2 weeks and a Brazilian every 4 weeks. She does them perfect every time and I love talking to her, it’s so nice and easy to talk to her and let’s face it, you should enjoy talking to your aesthetician! I love their products and they never cause any irritation. I use their eyebrow pencil and browfection powder and any other product doesn’t compare. Lastly, the deals they have throughout the year are a steal and great to take advantage of! Go to Europeans Wax Center and ask for Robyn!
