Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed it! Ive only had a few small issues here and there and the front office staff has been quick in resolving them. The maintenance team is awesome. The front office always tries to throw fun events during the summer and I appreciate the effort they put in to making this an enjoyable place to live. Also, the parking is literally the best out of all the places Ive ever lived. You can park right in front of your unit every. single. day. at any time! Its awesome.

Lucent always makes every effort to make residents feel like a community with the many many events, pool parties, food trucks, surprise coffee/ breakfasts on the go activities being organized. It was really the best way to end summer this year. Yummy food and drinks in a relaxing setting, thank you!

Lucent Blvd Apartments is amazing! It has everything you need and the location is prime! I live here for almost 5 years. During those years, I have had my fun party life and then I settled down and had a family all at Lucent apartments. This place is if for anyone, It feels like home. The Apartments make you fell you are living in a little house with all the feature they offer. I have lived in 3 different models/layouts and all our nice! Great Staff and maintenance team. You will not go wrong with this place.

Love this community!The location is amazing because the proximity of local restaurants, grocery stores & other shopping areas but if you have a dog there is plenty of green areas around that you and your doggies can enjoy.The office team is absolutely nice , friendly and professional which includes: Their manager Devyn, also Ryan , Cassie and of course their maintenance team.The staff has provided warm customer service.Sometimes even hosted pizza night and gave us residents free dinner.Thanks everyone for keeping us happy!

I have lived at Lucent for 2 years and have been very happy. Carlos, our assistant manager is very responsive to any questions or concerns. The complex has a lot of friendly people and I feel very safe here. They are very good on snow removal; which is important to me since I have a dog. Its a very dog friendly complex also. And, Andrew and Johnathan (maintenance) are very responsive to any maintenance issue and are friendly and always wave when they see me. Its nice to live in a complex where you are surrounded by friendly responsive staff. I highly recommend Lucent.

I have lived in this community for almost a year now, and it has been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The management team is exceptional. Laura, Carlos and Autumn are very professional and very thoughtful. (They even left a nice little treat bag on every residents door for Valentines Day.) The maintenance team of Andrew and Jonathan always address service requests quickly and professionally. I don’t know the lady’s name who is the Porter, but it’s always so nice to come home because the lobby area of my building is swept and mopped and smells clean. The neighbors have all been very nice and I feel lucky to be a resident here.

So far its amazing. The staff are very willing to help and the community of people are incredibly friendly. Definitely feels like home. I especially love the clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. I dont feel crammed in this area and feel extra safe living here!

Have lived here for a couple years and really enjoy the location and community events that are hosted by the office staff. Have yet to have any major issues and the maintenance team is by far the best and most responsive of anywhere I have lived.

I miss this place!Absolutely loved living here. The management is super friendly, the amenities are awesome and the apartments are cozy and comfortable. It was so welcoming... the neighbors were really nice.No parking issues - and they dont have permit parking or have companies like park-it-right that cause inconvinience to users- which is super nice.Their pet policy is great. The community is pretty good.To summarize, had a great experience living here.

First, the apartments are beautiful on the inside and are conveniently located close to C-470.Shortly after moving in, someone in our building insisted upon smoking in his/her apartment. We had moved here because it was advertised as a “smoke free” community.Carlos, the assistant manager, took our situation seriously, and helped us relocate within the complex at no additional charge. We appreciate his professionalism and the fact that he solved a problem that was neither Lucent’s fault, nor ours. Highly recommend.

Laura and team have been very helpful during our move in, and the transition has been very smooth.

I know that I found a wonderful place to live because the employees were amazing from the start and any maintenance requests were completed almost within minutes of me contacting the office. Lucent Blvd apts has exceeded any expectation I could have had with apartment living. I dont think I will ever move out!!!!

I love living at Lucent! It’s clean and pretty. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great! But it’s the people that make all of the difference to me. Their customer service is top notch from any and all staff I see in the office or on the grounds. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Hands down one of the best places to live on this side of town. Wonderful management and maintenance team. Beautiful pool setting. Floor plan design and finishes are very nice. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Just moved in with the help of Cassie Forslund. Everything has been just as advertised. Cassie offered great incentives. We are super happy with Lucent Apts.! The maintenance staff is incredible. Friendly and timely. Apartments are roomy and quiet. You wouldnt know you lived in a busy area. Thank you Cassie!!Additionally, Andrew is the maintenance person weve dealt with a few times. Please know that Andrew is the nicest and most effective maintenance person weve ever dealt with!! Hes been here our full year and always greets us with a sincere smile and his work is outstanding. I hope Lucent realizes what a special employee they have in Andrew!! I would recommend Andrew to anyone!! Congrats to Lucent for employing such an outstanding individual!!

I toured with Devyn and she is such a kind person. She answered all of the many questions I had and was very patient with me. The property looked very well kept and the layouts are very cozy.

Everything looks nice on the outside, but things have gradually gotten worse and worse. The leasing office doesnt help or enforce their rules. I had my car incorrectly booted right after I bought it, I have been harassed for no reason and their are no cameras so management is no help, people have their poorly trained dogs off leash all the time, and the fence around the pool and hot tub area is so short that neighborhood teenagers just reach over it to open it and use our amenities in large groups. We also had issues with our electrical outlets when we first moved in and have noticed some other oddities with the electrical since. We also have an aggressive neighbor that scares us when he bangs on doors and walls all hours of the night. Weve lived here for almost 2 years and were breaking our lease because this place feels unsafe and has declined in quality. Rent somewhere else.

I have lived at Lucent Blvd Apartments for four years and have loved it! The management have been outstanding, always being helpful, respectful, and kind. The maintenance crew have always been very responsive to work orders (I have never waited more than a day for a response to a work order), and they have always been very respectful and courteous. This has been the best apartment I have lived in and if I ever rent in the area again, I would definitely rent here!

Lucent Blvd Apartments is a superficially nice community with some really serious problems and a leasing office that really doesnt seem to care. They wont even respond to concerns without multiple emails.Over the course of our ~2 years here, my wife and I have run into the following non-exhaustive list of problems:- Mentally unstable neighbors slamming on walls and floors. This was so bad that other neighbors called the security.- Teenagers from outside of the apartment community mobbing the hot tub and pool at night- Circuit breakers not installed to code- Cars have been booted incorrectly (security wrongly thought a car was parked in a handicapped spot)- Vehicles have been written on and messed with- Dogs left alone for 10+ hours a day that bark constantly and can be heard in every apartment.- Kids riding bikes in the streets and nearly hitting/being hit by moving cars- Broken down cars left in the parking lot taking up spots (one has been abandoned for nearly a year now)- Poorly trained dogs being walked off leash- Dog bites and dog attacks- Threats of violence from other tenants- Dog feces on common grounds arent picked up by owners- Our first neighbor smoked weed every night (despite this being a smoke free community) and our apartment stunk of itThe leasing office doesnt care and wont take any action even when other tenants violate lease agreements, outsiders use the amenities, or personal property is damaged. It seemed like a nice place two years ago, but the tenants dont behave and the leasing office wont help. We would not have rented here if Id known about these issues, in fact were breaking our lease because of them.There are other complexes nearby in Highlands Ranch. Rent from them.

I rate this apartment complex, managed by Joanna, who seems nice zero out of five starsThey use key fobs here, to your apartments front door instead of the old fashioned metal keya few questions--who has a key fob granting immediate access to your front door at any time? the maintenance guy with a bad attitude? the complex manager who has a tattoo on her chest? the carpet cleaning crew, who perhaps, speak English? the subcontractors? do all of these guys have this magic key fob granting immediate access to your front door? how many key fobs are out it the wild?would it be unreasonable for you to think this key fob presents a problem for you in todays chaotic world? would it be unreasonable for you to question why all of these individuals who you do not know, who you, perhaps, do not want to know, have key fobs that look just like yours? would it be unreasonable for you to want a new metal key lock on your front door to your home?Zero out of five stars for Joanna, with the tattoo, even if she seems nice.

First apartment Ive ever lived in and I have to say that they have set the bar pretty high. The neighbor is really clean and I feel safe here. The location gets you close enough to Denver without really having to be in down town. The apartments themselves are really comfortable and well maintained. I really enjoy the on-site gym as it fits my needs and saves me from buying a membership I use it everyday. The rents are reasonable for the area, a little more but its worth it for how nice the apartments are. Joanna, the property manager, is always a laugh and willing to talk which has been helpful since when I first moved I didnt know anyone. Christina is a good listener and always eager to help with any problem that does come up, and Lindsey, the newest in the office, always has a bright smile on her face and also eager to help. Overall I doubt I could of found a more relaxing and comfortable combination in terms of location, apartments, and office staff for my first apartment on my own.

BEWARE OF FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS.I have lived here for 3 years. This was the LAST straw and i won’t be renewing. Here is something to consider before renting:-If your neighbor smoked weed, they will ENTER WITHOUT NOTICE into your home and violate your privacy!-Rats around the complex. Kids without supervision in HOARDS hogging the pool complex, breaking things regularly. LOUD.-Things not maintained, fireplace and hot tub REGULARLY broken.-Hostile neighbors!-People smoking weed and thus - your privacy will be broken. They entered my home because one of my neighbors to “investigate”. Very violating feeling.

Lots of pot smoke, and febreze, and loud speakers in my building. Before leasing, I asked the staff if they had received noise complaints in my building recently and the staff said no. If you move here and complain about anything, do not expect the staff to help you.Whoever designed this place did a poor job. The building breezeways are enclosed and have no air conditioning. I think the designer designed this place for California climate. The other apartments complexes I looked at, had open breezeways which are much better. Do not rent an apartment with an enclosed breezeway with no air conditioning in Colorado. The sun shines directly onto the windows of the breezeway and cooks the entrance to your apartment. Poorly designed place. Do not expect your air conditioning bill to be reasonable. Do not be surprised by surprise bills from Lucent affiliated companies if you lease at this place.Many other newer and nicer places nearby.

Be human/flexible and understand life circumstances that people are in. When buying a house I would never give notice to move out before 60 days if we didnt have a house lined up to move into. When we did find a house and put in notice to vacate they unfortunately stuck to the script and charged us a month of rent, of which we wont be here for.

Ive rented here for 4 years and its been an absolute pleasure living here. The amenities are amazing, and always clean. Staff is super friendly, and sweet. Joanna is absolutely amazing when it comes to any needs or concerns we have and is super quick to get back to us. Alll in all I love living here.

I rent an apartment here for business and since the very first day the entire staff has been top-notch. The girls in the office are the best! Our apartment is nice and the entire complex is clean and quiet.

Great place to live. Everyones super nice, free doggy poop bags all over the property, quiet, safe. Maintenance orders get fixed immediately. Just moved out because job relocation- got full deposit back.

Weve been staying at the Lucent Blvd Apartments for a few months and we absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and so helpful. They go above and beyond every single time we need anything!

Lucent Blvd Apartments are beautiful. this is a great place to live. Pool, spa, gym and clubhouse are very nice. Best part is the staff, the girls in the office are an absolute joy to deal with.

WARNING. They may look good from the outside but wait until you live here. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You may as well live with the 3 or 4 neighbors around you.

DO NOT RENT. They use the little “fobs” to enter your home without warning. Everything cheaply made. Horrible neighbors who will harass you. Beautiful location but HORRIBLE service.

We are devistated that they don’t do enough to keep vermin away! How unfortunate that my 2016 car A FAIRLY NEW CAR was damaged and had the wires chewed up because some rodent decided to make a home in our car and chewed up the wires! Now we have damage worth our rent! Is this the price we pay for having the dumpster that close to our building? Seriously? We are so stressed out. Rent is not cheap and we have dealt with random electrical issues and the paper thin walls because we love the area and the friendly staff but this? We have a useless car no way to get to our jobs, and when we realized there was damage and the check engine light turned on, the car almost stopped in the middle of the highway , shaking and all, .... can you imagine the danger in that? On the highway? It’s also happened on the streets. I have 2 children. 4 years old and 6 months old, we could’ve caused an accident somehow like come on! We are very very very devistated. And it’s the holidays this is just added stress we don’t need considering the mental health issues I already have which is PTSD AND anxiety. Not cool.

This is a nice apartment complex. Quiet, safe and clean. Maintenance people are pretty quick, no issues with parking lot at all and in general terms our life is peaceful here.
