Bishops Cut & Color2018-05-27My daughter had a haircut here on Sunday the 27th. She booked her appointment on-line which was pretty easy. You can call too for an appointment.We arrived 10 minutes early. And my daughter was called exactly at the time of her appointment.Parking was a breeze. Lots of parking. And lots of good food in the surrounding. Starbucks is beside it.Facility was clean and roomy. Modern interior. About 10 seats available. Lighting was good. Background music is new and just the right volume. USB plugs in outlets!Jaclyn was pretty nice. She took time to understand my daughters intention.Overall my daughter was satisfied with her haircut.Please give this review a thumbs up if it helped you in any way. Thanks.

I went back to have my hair “fixed” from when I was there two weeks previously and walked out with a color that was not what I had asked for, and had faded very significantly and turned multiple colors after the first wash; then 3 more washes had turned grey. They offered to squeeze me in to fix it. When the fix still did not turn out right, the owner worked with me to make it right. While my hair did not come out correctly either time, their customer service and standing behind their work and doing what they could to make it right is what earned them 5 stars.

A great and consistent experience at Bishops. I typically get my hair cut with Aaryn, but needed an earlier time. Courtney was able to take great care of my. I actually left and went to Floyd’s for a while, but came back because of the greater value of service I receive at Bishops.

Do not go here if you have curly hair- she DRY BRUSHED MY HAIR, did not offer to wet brush but had the audacity to tell me she was curly hair trained in NY; burnt ends to a crisp with a CURLING IRON, and left it looking absolutely pathetic and frizzy as hell. I have no idea what style this is? Frizzy Alexander Hamilton? Horrified. Will take multiple professional conditioning treatments to fix this. DO NOT GO HERE FOR CURLY HAIR STYLING!

I went to Bishops on Tuesday June 5, and just had the best cut/color/ visit Ive had at a salon in a long time. It is also for men, and has barbers. It was extremely reasonable and easy to get to...by the new Rock bottom and Old C in Highlands Ranch off Lucent. Super nice people.

KATT did a SUPERB job on my color. I switched to Katt today as a new color client and she matched my color to a T. She is professional as well as an amazing person which is a rare talent and find this day in time. If youre looking for someone that cares greatly about her clientele and treats them as if she has known them for a long time, you wont be disappointed. Her quality is equal to any person that you would find at a high end salon. The greatest thing I can say in addition to her impeccable detail to color on each client, is that she is the real deal, 100% genuine.

I would give zero stars if I could. Decided to give this place a try since it had such great ratings and reviews, but ended up walking out with scorched hair, burns on my scalp, and a completely different haircolor than I was originally promised. I was told I was in good hands. I was left under the dryer for much longer than I should have been because the employees were too busy in the back making jokes and talking. I asked to take off the heat and once I did I had steam coming off my head. The person doing my hair didnt even care my scalp got burned. Since I was left under the heat for so long, part of my hair became brittle and very dry. The second time I came back for toning, I asked for a GOLDEN BLONDE! I got BROWN! Do not come here! I paid over $400 dollars for brittle hair, dry scalp and a color I NEVER asked for! Keep in mind the manager of the place who apparently has been doing hair for 15 years did this. I have also tried to contact the manager personally about adjusting my hair color to the tone I wanted it to be with absolutely no response back at all. I was told I can contact her if I needed anything. Youre better off doing it yourself or going somewhere else.

Katt put in hi lights and low lights and refreshed my cut today. She did a great job and is an awesome person to talk to also. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I adored this place a few years ago, moved across town and decided it was worth the trip back. Showed up at 5 for two cuts at 5:30, one stylist and one receptionist, place empty except one customer, left at 5:45 without being acknowledged. Kacey did a great job on my sons haircut. Its hard to find someone who can cut boys hair without using clippers and actually do a good job but she nailed the longer cut he was looking for. Also loved they were careful about not having a lot of customers and workers inside and were clean and followed current guidelines for keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

I think for the price youre charging for a cut you should shampoo too! I can go down the street and get a cut for 7 dollars less! I use to go to knockouts and they treat you like a king with hot towels on the face, Scalp massage, and razor neck trim! People have to feel there getting their moneys worth! Other than that the cut was great. I think unless you change that you might be out of business soon!

I had an amazing experience with Courtney at Bishops! I went in as a walk in for a consultation. I had colored my hair at another salon and it came out totally black. I have been to multiple places before this one, and they were okay, but from the first time I came here, it has been awesome. The people are always super friendly and nice and it doesnt ever feel like its a chore to get your hair cut. They always cut my hair perfectly so I never have to worry about getting that one stylist that screws up your hair. I went in over two weeks ago and had an all-over color done by Cheree. She did a great job. She nailed the color I wanted and it looks so pretty. She even trimmed up my hair so that my curls would lay better when dry and did not charge me for this. She was fun to talk to while I waited for the dye to set and overall, she did an amazing job. I will go back to her for my cuts and colors and I plan to take my girls too for their cuts. Great job Cheree.
