I can’t speak to their skills as an arborist, because I can’t get them to give me a bid to get the work done. I contacted them initially to have a large tree removed from my property and scheduled an appointment to have them come look at it. They were 90 minutes late to the appointment and I had to call and text to get them to show up.The person that showed up had an attitude and barely spoke to me. He was at my house less than 5 minutes. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. Before he left, he promised to email me a bid within 3 days.It’s now been over two weeks and I still don’t have a bid. After a week of waiting, I contacted them to see what happened and got an apology with a promise for the bid soon. Another week has passed. Still nothing. I guess they just don’t want me business. I’ll go somewhere else and you should too.
