We are repeat customers. Both this year and about 5 years ago. They consistently offer the best rates AND great customer service. Chris is so friendly and helpful- she always goes out of her way to accommodate our needs. We have been very pleased with the service and the good rates!

One of the very few storage places Ive felt safe at. Extremely clean! And a very knowledgeable staff.

Weve had a unit there for over 5 years for or business and we really appreciate being able to access it when we need it. They always keep up on the maintenance of the lighting throughout the units because I usually go at might do its nice to be about to see what your doing or just around the area. The few times Ive had to go inside theyre always friendly and able to help you with any questions you may have.

While we are going through social distancing the office person made getting a storage unit for me convient and easy even though the office was closed to the public. We talked on the phone and she emailed me an electronic agreement which I completed on my phone and emailed it back then the electronic payment closed the process. Thank you to the office person who was very helpful.

This is a top notch storage facility. Clean, safe and secure with a convenient location close to the freeway. What really makes this storage facility exceptional is the friendly employees and the kind greeting when you walk in the door. Jake and Chris are a delight, both being very attentive and quick responders to any inquiries that are brought forth. I strongly recommend this facility.

Their in a nice part of town and close to places to eat. A few pitfalls are when they close if your still inside and havent finished your either stuck until they open or they have to call the police to let you out. I feel that at the very least you should be able to exit after they close. Other than that the staff are all very nice and helpful.

Great Staff, good Listening and smiles back. Good pricing and pro rating done. Very clean and secure. It would be nice to have a shady area set up near units, Canopy would be awesome, maybe with water available.

Excellent customer service. Needed a favor with gate entry and they made the right accommodations. Chris was excellent with helping me out and getting things taken care of. Been here for over 7 years and this management is 2nd to none.

How are you supposed to get out when you get locked in. We had to leave both cars here and pick them up in the morning because the gate didn’t let us out. No emergency phone number to call. For someone to talk to and let us out. Very inconvenient

My wife and I just sold our home in Redlands this past week and needed to find adequate and affordable storage. We found exactly that and more at Universal Self Storage in Highland.My wife and I found the staff very helpful, personable and courteous. We are pleased with the client-centered service of the onsite manager, Jake and his colleague (& mom) Chris. Give the management and the site Five Stars!

Very embarrassingly poor showing for the person that opened the store this morning. I am actually a heavy equipment delivery driver that was picking up a boom lift from that location. I was backed in to the lot off to one side with my tail down ready to load a boom that was at that location for a cell tower repair . When the lady that worked there that drove a convertible Volkswagen pulled up behind my truck and backed up right behind my trailer and proceeded to walk inside. I politely approached her and said ma’am could you please move your car I’m trying to load this boom, she told me that she had to park there and she had to open, this was 5:30 in the morning the store opens at 9 AM. She was very rude and was laughing at me. Senseless cynicism.

Everything went great despite the difficulties with having to get signed up without entering the office due to the virus

I called for a 5x10 unit and was told it was going to be over $100 but if I come in today, it would only be $87. I mentioned that I saw online that they beat competitors prices (I was quoted $73 and a nearby facility). The woman on the line said that their website said that it varies and they couldnt beat $73. Nowhere on their website does it say, it varies. Bad business practices.
