Since my Volvo XC90 had 225,000 miles on it, I wondered whether or not I should spend more money on repairs. Tom assured me that I still had a lot of good miles on what is a really quality vehicle and he dealt with the alternator issue and installed a new drive belt and changed out the transmission oil and a few other things. Now my car drives like a new car. Thanks, Tom.

Please do not do business with this company. They are very unethical and have fraudulent business practices. I had work done on my Volvo over 4 years ago in the amount of just over $1600. It was a horrible job by the way. They offered in house financing which I took advantage of. Since the interest was so high, I paid them in full within 30 days to avoid the high interest. Now I am getting a letter from them over 4 years later (They have never contacted me before) and they are requesting payment in full or they are turning me over to collections! How insulting! Fix your problem ALL MAKE AUTO. Hire someone qualified to organize your bookkeeping. The Better Business Bureau is being notified and they have some explaining to do! Think about this, they were paid in FULL by the finance company, and NOW they are trying to double charge me and now threaten me. There are many more honest mechanics in the area. Please do not use ALL MAKE AUTO!

Tom the owner is great. I love the way my car drives. Its drives better than it did when I first bought it. Im absolutely in love with my car more now than ever. I felt I made the right decision going with this shop. My mechanic Tom was very detailed explaining this car care package he came up with to keep my Volkswagen running smooth for a long time. He made me confident in my decision and Im so glad I went with this shop. These are my guys from now on, oil change anything Im coming here!!!

Unexpected pleasant experience!! Really amazing!! Had a problem with my Toyota right after I got the oil changed. Found All Make Auto on Google so decided to give them a try. Went in expecting the worst but Mel was the first to greet me and took a look at my car right away. Told me the problem and other recommendations. Reset my check engine light and was upfront and honest and explained the problems clearly and didnt try to mumbo jumbo me around. Got me back on the road in no time. Best shop I have been to ever!! Very honest and not trying to squeeze every last penny you have just to make money off You! Great customer service!! Highly recommend! I will be going back for anything i need for this car and the rest of my vehicles.

4 years ago I bought a Honda Prelude from these people, being a handyman myself they even help me with the repairs I had to do on my Honda with some technical info which I very much appreciate. Hopefully again I can make another deal on another car with these people since the unfortunately the transmission went out 4 years later and the car when I first bought it had 260,000 miles on it lasted long time. These people are honest and they work hard I would trust them.

They are legit. Too detailed though. Owner wil only get the most expensive parts for car.

Terrible customer service... I called for a price quote on a oil change...and asked if i could bring my own supplies...and pay for the labor...The guy told me that it would not be worth his time, and hung up on me... I justwanted to see the price difference.

They put two front tires on a car properly.

Superior Experience.Just called to make sure they had a part. Didnt demand I come in first to get it, didnt even know my name-- but extended the courtesy I find so deep inside of volvo people of just Oh, well order both units just in case one doesnt fit the other-- see you later today!Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Affordable. I would suggest to any other volvo or european car driver in the inland empire.
