This was my 1st time using a service to get my elderly mom to her doctors appointment. They were beyond wonderful! So friendly - so easy to schedule - so nice on the phone - so accommodating. Our drivers, Angel and Marvin, were so polite and respectful of my mom. They were so careful with her. Very nice young men. We have front porch steps that they had to get her up and down. Wonderful experience. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Now that Ive used them I wont be stressed out about how to transport my mother.

This company needs to banned from providing service for elderly and people with medical needs. The staff is very rude and concerned primarily with payment. Furthermore, they seem to operate without compassion, empathy and/or professionalism. Primarily Andre has a horrible attitude when dealing with patients. Sad to see a company take so much advantage of the Medicaid system. After reading the comments, this staff seems more concerned with proving clients wrong instead of providing quality and caring service. Just read the constant replies to posted comments here as evidence of their flaws. Do not use this service. Do not call to address your concerns with Andre as he will go the extra length to make whatever issue your fault.

Utterly unprofessional! Beware. Driver brought in a pediatric wheelchair for transporting a 200+ lb adult patient. Nurses and family members told him the patient wouldn’t fit, and he proceeded to curse at them and tell them they didn’t know what they were talking about. Supervisor Andre told family member on the phone she didn’t know what she was talking about and to figure out transport on own. Driver left with more cursing. Do not trust your patients with this incompetent, rude company.Edit: Wow, the responses from the owner on other reviews speaks volumes. Very unprofessional.

Andre seems to be someone that needs to removed from this profession. He does not share any information regarding patients that he has just called about and is hostile.

Amazing friendly service! They were there for me during my time of need when another ambulance company failed me. Recommend this company to all my friends and family!

Zero stars really......They come to your street and sit in the van blowing the horn early in the morning. Its pissed off ALL of the neighbors. A professional service doesnt do that, especially after the company has received phone calls about it!

The absolute worst transportation service. Unless you want to be late for your appointment or not even picked up at all or left outside in the cold for hours waiting, then dont waste your time. The service is completely unreliable. We have had various appointments canceled because they are incapable of showing up on time. It doesnt seem that their drivers have much training either. Ive seen too many close calls getting a wheelchair on and off the van. They dont give me much confidence in their ability to keep the patient safe. I definitely do not recommend this service.

Friendly Care Medical Transportation lives up to their name. Always on time and very accommodating on requests. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy working with them every day. They are very helpful and do their best to help in last minute situations.

This company is creating fraudulent google reviews to cover up their bad reviews. Look at the last few reviewers, they write one review and thats for this company and they were around the same time. Theyre constantly late, incompetent and highly unprofessional. It is a shame this company is still in business. Choose a better company that knows what theyre doing.

This transport service is probably the most unreliable and unprofessional service I have ever had to deal with. Please if you ever need EMS or transport for a sick relative look elsewhere. I can’t believe this company continues to stay in business.Any positive reviews you see must be from people they know. A lot of the other reviews are very negative The hospital social workers are know aware of this problem.

Horrible customer service, was listening to my Mom speak to this rude guy named Andrey , he said his name had a Y in it. He hung up on her, rude, said people were out to lunch ( it was 9:45am). When asked for a supervisor, he said, thats not going to happen.

The girl transportation I had on Friday was horrible with such attitude. Took 2 hours for her to come.

This company provides DEPLORABLE service and FRAUDULENTLY bills sick patients. We paid extra for a second technician. Only one technician arrived more than an hour late, and acted unsafely and irresponsibly by not waiting for assistance. Spent two weeks arguing with their AWFUL staff, who insisted on extorting money for services never rendered. Now forced to report to credit agencies and Consumer Affairs to resolve.Terrible company, service, and experience. Avoid at all costs. Biggest shame is that Google makes me put a star in this review. Should be zero stars due to fraudulent billing and unsafe practices.

Nice and Friendly just like the name.

Staff ,especially dispatcher rude and belligerent when called.Over charge for services not received and then never call back. Also an hour late and you sit outside with loved one.at a stressful time.

Watched Driver blow speeding thru stop sign.Not sure if patient in back.I blew my horn but driver ignored it.Scary.I could have been killed at the speed the driver was going and in a parking lot area.

Sitting in a waiting room watching the EMTs handle a patient. Trying to transfer from a non locked stretcher to a non locked wheelchair. Staff was very rude. Like they only matter and they come first.
