Great service and very fair prices. If you come early enough in the morning they get your shirts ironed pretty fast. Highly recommend!!!

They did an amazing job on my wool coat which has not ever been dry cleaned in years. They are very nice and friendly prices are fair and affordable they do an amazing job.

They did an excellent job. I had a suit and shirt that needed to be cleaned an pressed on the same day due to an interview. I dropped them off first thing in the morning and everything was ready to go by 3 pm.Excellent quality work and they charged a fair price for same day service. Highly recommended.

I dont recognize the cleaner described in these reviews. I have been having my clothes cleaned , and some tailored at Classic Cleaners in Highland Park, for probably 15 or more years.They always do my work very well, in a timely fashion. The same is true for tailoring of my clothes-such shortening skirts, slacks and such. They are always very courteous. The only negative, they may be a bit expensive. I have not made a systematic comparison with prices in other establishments

Don’t rush me out of your store after I paid for a service. I’m going to check my clothes making sure everything is how I expect it to be done. You need my $$$ more than I need your services. Rude and expensive. There’s nothing classy about classic store.

If i can give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service hands down and I will never, ever even think about giving them my money. Lady constantly screams WHAT DO YOU WANT to any comments or questions. People like this need to understand that they lose tons of valuable business with beyond-terrible customer service like this

The receptionist will make you upset!!!! I wish she sees this! For no reason, she was very rude and nasty. So annoying.Nothing specifically bad nor good in terms of the quality of cleaning Service. Every time i go there she frustrated me and my friend also had the same experiences. At first, I just tried to understand her saying to myself ..perhaps she had a bad day ... and I kept patronizing it bc its close to my place. But not any more. No way.!! I ended up go back to the place and took my blouse and jacket back. Terrible

In my life I have never had such poor service. I used to work at a dry cleaners in high school, I know those stains should have come out easily in one go. It looked like they just washed them and tried to charge me dry cleaning prices. Thats probably why she got so angry when I looked each blouse over. Regardless my disposition was calm the whole time and I have never had a person yell at me and demand money as well. (See full explanation below)Dropped off 3 blouses and a dress there. The fee for the four was 30$. Came back to pick up the blouses. The lady nastily said that they arent responsible for any clothing left there past 3 months. When I inspected them ALL four still had stains. All of them were machine washable and the stains were not anything drastic (food grease & makeup) The counter lady (who I believe to be the owner/owners wife) got visibly more and more annoyed each stain I found. She angrily demanded to know what I wanted to do and said they tried once and couldnt get it out but then changed her story to say they tried several times. I said I wanted them to try again. She said they couldnt. I asked then if I had to pay if they couldnt get it out and she said of course. I said no not unless they got the stains out she demanded I prepay (screaming at me at this point) I refused, I wasnt going to give money to a woman who is screaming at me. She yelled a while longer about bad customers and flung my clothes into a rack in the back. I honestly dont think Ill ever see those clothes again.

Very rude. Out of four dress shirts laundered, two came back missing buttons. Hole in white trousers patched haphazardly with a navy fabric (seriously).

I just called them to ask for pricing on same-day dry-cleaning for a couple of suits. She told me it’s the same price as usual. Since I’ve never been there before, I asked what the price was again. She yelled at me over the phone asking what do I want. I told her a list of items I needed dry-cleaned and began to scold me on what needed to be dry-cleaned and what needed to be washed. Keep in mind that I’m not knowledgeable on the topic of dry-cleaning or even washing clothes. So I asked again and said I have 2 suit jackets, 2 suit paints, and 2 shirts she gave me a mumble of words that I couldn’t decipher and hung up. Not going to give business to people that don’t want it!
