I use them on occasion. But to be completely honest I have to go over everything they do. They use a wand like in a self wash. And young kids who have no real experience. I have a particular car that needs to be hand washed. And I have to get down and show them how to clean the rims. And redo areas of the car. Another thing is the under carriage is not done in the hand wash. It is very expensive for a job I could do myself at a self clean myself. I wish it was better. There is a place I have found that has a few men working on the car, the job who know what they are doing. And they do the under carriage. For half the price.

Friendly, professional service. Team went above and beyond to clean up over a years worth of dust, grime and hand sanitizer drips from dashboard, console and rest of the interior. Looks like new! Couldnt be more pleased! Would highly recommend.

This is the kind of car wash where fancy people bring their fancy cars for a expensive car wash so they can tell their friends how expensive the wash was, and that’s all that is.In reality, it’s a machine wash and not a hand wash, dried and wiped down by a group of kids who probably don’t have a training in how to DETAIL a car because if they did, a wouldn’t be writing this review.Missed multiple spots didn’t even bothered lifting the mats for vacuuming, an interior wipe down that didn’t even remove fingerprints from a screen that is > front of you < let alone apply some protectant to it and their tire shine… doesn’t shine.Never again.

Went to get my cash washed last Saturday after the snow had finally started melting. Nothing out of the ordinary just a basic wash and dry. Get home and walk around my car and notice a long scratch on the hood of my car. Don’t know it’s it’s from the wash itself or from a watch on the wrist of one of your employees drying my car but I’m definitely not happy!

Decent automated car wash. Gave it 4 stars because Im not sure I actually got the wash I paid for but the car was clean when it came out and a young kid on their staff dried it by hand. I would go again.

Fast and friendly service. Even though they were busy and it was a cold day the employees still made me feel welcomed. All around good experience, the only critique is that the prices were disproportionately higher then other locations near by.

Here was use to be another carwash but this one took over later 2018. The new facility is really nice. A group of young folks here who love cars and take good care of yours’. The membership is also priced reasonable and you can get a upgrade every Tuesday which I always do when I have the time.

Very good exterior wash for a reasonable $8 especially with the hand drying.

Got the Wheel Deal. Lots of winter residue, and car was dive bombed by birds a few days ago. All clean now!

Best car wash in the area, took my truck to this place and the guys did an excellent job, even the manager came out to make sure that all details were done well.

Would have been 5 stars, but they didnt remove and wash my rubber mats, incuding my rear SUV floor mat. Paying max dollars but no longer max service.

It would have been 5 stars, but when I was about to leave I noticed there was still dirt underneath, and had to get another wash free of charge, but still.

Staff was quick and professional. Very thorough car cleaning. Price is a bit high, but they make it worth it.

When I go to a car wash, I expect that they know how to drive stick shift. Unfortunately, the folks at this Waterway dont. When I got there, the man pulling my car into the wash asked me to do it because he was not comfortable driving stick. I was glad to do so and this did not bother me. However, the man drying my car stalled it 3 times when moving it to the drying station. I am frustrated having to worry about damage being done to my clutch when getting a $7 exterior wash. Employees that do not know how to drive stick should simply ask the owner to move the car.As for the car wash itself, the car was nice and shiny. They dont do a great job drying the car but their prices are fair. The workers are friendly.

This was my first visit to this car wash and it will certainly be my last! I had to pay for extra dollars to have my dashboard and interior windows wiped? 23 dollars for substandard cleaning. I do not recommend!

Just about everytime I go I have to tell them that they didnt wash the indise back window if I get the whole thing. To make it worse when I told a manager she said they only do that it if we ask? I asked another manager and they said, no we do all windows, which I knew. If I get the drive thru wheel deal I almost always have to remind them to do the rims. (Northbrook store) So far I have not had issue at Highland Park location. The mechanical part of the washes are very good, cleans car well.

For almost double the price of a regular car wash I recieved half the service. Windows werent complete, many spots missed on wipe down, and they only vacuumed where you can see getting in the vehicle. When I actually looked down to pick up some bags off the seat I could see they never touched between the seats. Wont waste my money.

Brought a very very mud caked truck to them, the auto side boards were not perfect, they insisted on a re wash. Great dealon monthly washe program.
