I came here to get two used front tires. They offered me great customer service and reasonably priced quality used tires and answered my other questions I had about other services to my car with sincere compassion without overstating the cost for the additional work. With this car and the next Ill definitely be back... plus I like their commercial jingle lol

Holbrook was okay at best I had a guy behind the computer give me the wrong part twice and then I asked him to please come outside and see and he graciously helped me out and assist me with putting in the window and making sure I was taken care of right away! Just have patience with you when you get there!👌🏼🙏🏼

It was extremely busy, parking was outrageous. While waiting 35 minutes to be next, I observed every staff member be patient, courteous, and professional. Very impressed with them and their Hubbell location

This is my favorite place to shop for all of my car stuff, the staff here is very knowledgeable and they always have everything i need for any of my cars, and if they dont have it they can always get it for me. One other reason why I love coming to Holbrook Auto Parts is the simple fact that they dont take advantage of me just because Im a woman and for that they will have my business forever.

Replaced my van transmission with a low mileage used transmission. Took less than a week. Fair price, good work.

Don’t get your windshield replaced. Pay the extra to get it done professionally. I know glue can be left around the edges, but I didn’t expect them to gouge my dash/pillars all up and leave the dash completely stained and trashed. My truck is completely wrecked. I would have dealt with a crack for a bit longer and paid more if I knew this was gonna happen. What’s done is done now. My interior had no issues before and I now have to go get a new dash and it’s going to cost me $1,000’s of dollars to get it fixed correctly by the dealers. Go in for $150 windshield replacement, leave with $1000’s extra more in damage. I honestly don’t know what to do now.Edit: I can’t respond to their message to my review, but I 100% took my truck to Holbrook Auto Parts in Highland Park and they caused $1800 in damage to my vehicle while replacing my window.

Don’t ever go to halbrook to fix your car now my car is still leaking and leaking worse after they did my axle seal today going to be my 3rd time going back I really hate them I don’t even think they fixed nothing on my car at this point and I gave them almost 800 dollars and have the same but worse problems I can’t wait until they open this is so sad and very time consuming for me please I promise you found someone else to do your car on my life I wish I did

Whole crooks not Holbrooks... they will rob you if you let them. Charging me double for something i buy all the time with receipts. Negative star.

I came in to warranty a part i had gotten from Holbrook. They didnt have another used part but Joey is the man and gave me a new one instead. He was honest and very helpful

I called about an engine. They had one, Antonio said theyd hold it for me then sold it out from under me.( Update after reply) I called on a wed afternoon and told him upfront that Im out of state driving would make it there Thursday no later than Friday. Did he tell me he can only hold it for 24 hours? NOOO I made there in about 30 hours and called to let them know I was in the area on my way to pick up the engine. Thats when the guy told me they sold it. If he wouldve been up front and said he can only hold it for 24 hours I wouldnt have wasted my time driving there. I dont live anywhere close to that area. It pisses me that he couldnt just be honest if he knew he couldnt hold it for me. Thats all he had to say and that wouldve saved me a lot of wasted time and gas.

Be careful when you buy from these people they misrepresent new and then give you used then they ask did you check your receipt but you order refurbished parts and new tires then they send and put on whatever they have laying around and tell you the wheels are dirty thats why you cant tell right now there are nothing but the damn rip off and especially watch out for Sam this will be the last time I ever buy from you S.O.B.

Customer service is a total disgrace. They have no problem to happily and eagerly screw you over. They have a line We are too busy ... Guess what !! everyone else is busy so stop wasting peoples time.They are never on time , always lies about parts they do not have and collect money.I would not deal with this place & definitely would not recommend it as they have very unprofessional , unorganized & chaotic customer service that only lead to wasting customers time and they dont even care to apologize. way too arrogant!

Scratches ended up inside my car on the steering wheel and temperature knob after window replacement was done. One of them told me the scratches were small that I pointed out, which was not the point. I told them it was not this way before I came in and one of them denied that it happened. Said I did it and said that I tried to lie on them when it was really me, also started to point out scratches outside of my car. Overall, they were nice but I won’t be doing business with them anymore.

Unbelievable prices and service!

The customer service at Holbrook tire on Mcnichols and John R is absolutely horrible. Last time I was here they put the wrong size tire on my car and I had to bring it back to be replaced. Today my tire went flat near Holbrook again and I had no choice but to return. I asked to use the restroom during the long wait. I was told there was no public restroom and there was nothing they could do. My tire is completely flat and I can’t leave to go to the restroom. I asked the lady at the desk if they could put my spare tire on or is there anyway they could rush the service being that I was next in line and she told me no. To top it all off they asked me to spend more money offering a two for 99 deal when I only needed to spend 55. I definitely don’t feel like a valued and respected customer and won’t be spending any more money here.

Great . Friendly ready to help did not have to wait long bought a set of tires, ran over something the next morning and they changed the tire in time enough for me to get to work on time wonderful

Everyone was nice!! I bought a drivers side mirror and they put it on, I paid $75 for everything and was out in less than 20 minutes

Great friendly staff! I went looking for 2 parts for a 1995 Nissan Maxima they had one part, half the price of other auto parts stores, and I was in and out in 10 minutes with the correct part! The other part they didn’t have, I was given three other part stores that had the part for one third the price! Now I need a windshield and the service department said with in an hour they would have the part and it would cost 1/3 less and that price includes installation!Holbrook Auto Parts is the only place for me!

I searched far and wide to find a rear bumper for my Sisters Dodge Avenger, she was rear ended on I -75 and the collision left a 2.5 x 1 ft. gaping hole in the bumper. For months we searched and could not afford the bumper + installation. Feeling discouraged I began to pray for Help.Moments later I remembered a referral I was given to call Dominic Stephan at Holbrook auto parts. So I called and spoke to Dominic, after listening to our situation he was immediately compassionate about Helping us. He was determined to find us the best condition bumper for the best price. Minutes later Dominic located a perfect condition bumper(same color !) + arranged for an immediate installation that day for a fraction of the previous quotes . Hold times are horrible. I only use for used parts when desperate. If i need a new part. Im going somewhere else. Can never get these guys on the phone. And if someone does answer all i get is Holbrook Please Hold..... Click For a company growing, you think they would improve customer service. If you physically go in for any part and is not on a vehicle and ready on the shelve... Your still going to wait in the lobby for 20 mins. So i hope your not in a rush to get back to fixing your car or getting back to your day.

Holbrook is the place to go to for all your auto part needs. They also was able to do HOME DELIVERY and the driver delivered merchandise in a timely manner and put the items in my garage for me. The customer service was excellent and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely recommend Holbrook to my friends and family.

The auto parts place is great the auto repair not so much use to get my car fix there years ago and now that they open up across the street I needed my 1999 Toyota Camry fix they said they dont fix cars under 2005 now where they do that at I laughed and said Ill take my money to where they fix older cars Holbrook Auto Repair such a shame
