Weve had two incredible experiences with them. They removed an 80ft pine tree that was must less than a foot from our house, and they did emergency work to remove one of the trees in my backyard which fell into my home! Both presented challenges for sure, but both were handled professionally by these guys who provided outstanding communication throughout it all - high quality work too.

I love when the tree service comes in and trims my old oak tree for me. Its an amazing sight to see how they trim it so cleanly with their chainsaws, like a true professional! Highly recommend.

After the storm, a tree fell to block access to my house and left me without power. Fortunately, these guys were able to clear away all obstructions so that we could get back inside our place! They did an awesome job cleaning up any mess after they had finished.

Be extremely cautious with these people. Joe especially, hes the estimator supposedly. Called to have a large sweet gum and magnolia removed. Took them over two weeks to show up and when they did made a huge mess and promised to come back on a specific day and not only did they not show up they didnt even call to reschedule. Had to call them myself. Joe was/is rude and disrespectful with attitude. They moved my patio furniture and never put it back. They used my wheelbarrow without asking and broke it. They also left a large trailer full of wood in my driveway for a whole weekend without asking. They also drove right over my neighbors land without asking. Have everything on camera. Finally had enough on the third week and called Joe and immediately started arguing with me. Now I have to find someone else to finish the job and clean up like they were supposed to. Waited three weeks for an incomplete job. My very, very strong advise is DO NOT hire them, but if you do, insist on deadlines and make sure they do not use any of your equipment. Also make you DO NOT pay them until the job is complete and to your satisfaction.

These guys were very professional and efficient! They came in a timely matter, prices are good and they are willing to work with you. I will HIGHLY recommend this crew and will definetly use them this summer for a few other projects around the house.

The Davis Crew did a fantastic job in our backyard this afternoon. They dropped two trees exactly where they said they would and there was no concern about house or property damage! They were so good that we are going to have them back again to remove other marked trees in our yard! When my husband and I gloved up and helped them haul, they were so grateful - they deserved the help on this hot September day! I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone looking for tree removal. Our experience with Golden Glove was AWESOME. Our crew was Chris, Randy, Justin, Dearies, and John. They were hired to take down a MASSIVE pin oak tree in our front yard. The tree was close to Duke Energy power lines and our house. There was not a single mishap! Watching John go up the tree with his pole climbing spikes and chainsaw was nerve-wracking---but his every move was like a calculus problem, carefully thought out and executed. They had to haul off tremendously heavy pieces of wood, and then cleaned up everything! Highly recommend!

The initial deal for removing a tree was 1700 (including haul off and stump grinding). When they arrived they demanded 2250. I said OK. Then, the two assumed owner and manager gossiped with each other and asked for 2500. I agreed to pay them 2500. The crew came to the field. Then they put another demand - pay 4500 or they will simply trim branches and stock in my yard for 2500. Thus they returned ! I really dont understand how they do business. They look professional but arent consistent with their own terms and conditions ! You may like them but I wasnt able to hire them since they constantly changed their own terms and conditions.

Dishonest people who promise the world and deliver nearly nothing. I had a large tree in the backyard and requested trimming in order to pare away the limbs that were threatening the house. I was given a written estimate for the removal of 6 main limbs and all dead wood.Instead they removed 3 limbs, nearly no dead wood, and left one major limb perilously above my home. And to make matters worse they broke my bluestone walkway while loading the wood onto their truck. They simply drove off with my money before I discovered the damage.These guys are scammers.
