Their team is great! Wonderful communication, I contacted them through their websites contact us page. They responded quickly, and we arranged a time for them to come by the shop. They were very accommodating to our store hours and staffing schedule. Their team showed up on time and quickly went to work. They identified the problem we were having with our network and fixed it quickly and professionally.I will definitely contact them for any future issues we have with our computers or network.

Our church was in need of an entire setup of a network system connecting phones, computers, printers, etc. After looking at a few companies we chose to go with Triad Network Systems. Pre and post meetings to make sure everything was covered! My only regret is that we didnt use them for all ten of our facilities.Would definitely recommend them for any local business (large or small) for you network solutions!! Just before opening day at our new office in Cary, I discovered our ISP had dropped the ball and failed to run a critical fiber extension from the buildings telco room to our server room. To say that was going to be a show-stopper is no exaggeration.
