The worst experience ever. The front desk lady named Erica (don’t know if that was the correct way of spelling it) was very rude. I wasn’t the only one in the waiting room that felt that way. The appt wasn’t even for me but my mother’s. I will not come bk here again but to a different location.

Apparently Lab Corp does not allow children to come into the testing area for certain tests. And I completely understand that, but where they are lacking is in their inability to post this policy anywhere else other than the office. And they post it by the reception desk, but have you check in at a kiosk. No mentions on the website or on a sign by the entrance so I could of avoided wasting time waiting. The employee was apologetic, but I could of made prior plans for childcare if I had known this in advance. Other than that, they were quick and efficient.

Rude staff.

I come in to do blood tests for dr order. I don’t have a problem with the actual blood draws, they do good work and I haven’t had a problem, I think professionalism is lacking somewhat every time I’ve come in while in the front of office. Today for example, I had to wait to be attended or checked in, until the assistant got off the phone with her bank because one of her checks had bounced, and she obviously needed to take care of her personal issues during work hours, prioritizing her needs rather than attending to the patients. Eventually she got to me, and did great with my blood draw, but this is not uncommon. I guess I will continue to put up with it, wanted to give a fair review. If they could step up their game in the front, I would definitely rate them higher. Also, office is very clean and uncluttered.

Workers are very rude and unprofessional at this particularly labcorp.

Nice and clean; how ever the staff is rude I came with my 12 yr daughter to do a test and one of the ladys had a problem because I had left her in the waiting area. when I came out she stared screaming at me why I brought her to do a certain kind of test first of all I dont think she should be screaming a patients regardless of what ever they there for. She violated HIPPA
