Also , the owner and his drivers are very polite and kind. He communicates well as far as payments and where to be and hes punctual which is important in my mind as far as services. Out of all of the places I called and priced, I felt like Avenue was the most trustworthy. They were on time, professional, great at communicating, and the party bus was very clean. My driver did not show up. I booked this cab to take me to the airport for an early flight. The driver texted me the evening before to confirm and said theyd give me a 20-30 min courtesy call. The driver never showed the next morning, and never texted or called to give an explanation. I had to park and sprint from long term and almost missed my flight. I would never use this company again and I highly recommend not relying on them for your transportation needs.

Booked a car for an early morning flight the evening before and had them confirm both time and address several times. Driver texted to introduce himself and confirm address and time again. The following morning, I did not receive a courtesy call as promised and the driver never showed up. Do not use this service if you need to get some place on time. Abysmal.

Never showed up. Called back and pretended as though he never spoke to me. Needless to say this business is unreliable. We called another service in the area and they arrived in less than 15 minutes and were very professional. This business should not be operating. Im flagging them with BBB.

We got the limo for my Total Care nephew and his prom date when he arrived we looked in the limo I told him this is not the same limo that he sent me a picture of the limo was dirty needed to be shampooed felt like it was about to cut off , the seats were torn we got in on our way to the prom we reach for a water bottle the water bottles were open soda bottles were open I told him it was not worth the money he didnt even try to give money back this business needs to be closed down!!! he said that he did not have time to clean the vehicle ! He did not even apologize for anything!!!!! He was very rude to my nephews nurse and he was complaining!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB!!! I would not pay $0.50 to ride in one of their vehicles!!!
