The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They approved my order and claimed I would receive it. They then never sent it, so I followed up and for weeks they either ignored my calls, said they’ll call back and for some reason wouldn’t, and blamed other co-workers for the issue. This issue was never resolved and it seems I’ll never receive my order for some strange reason (although it was approved). Do not order from this place- it is the biggest headache and extremely humiliating customer service.

I cant say enough good things about Robbie and Grover Medical. Amazing customer service! They truly go above above and beyond for their customers. Plus, they just seem to be genuinely nice people. Will definitely use them again, and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

As a podiatrist, I have had a number of patients go to this place for their medical supply needs. I have been getting great reviews from them. The owner is attentive to their needs. I will be recommending this to my future patients. They have both instore pickup and delivery as to my understanding. My patients have told me they have had a seamless experience.
