Went there for a piece of mind claim for a mistake was made by H&R employee .1.My appointment was 1:00 PM . C.P (H&R block employee) took my call for the appointment saying he accepts the soft copies . When I went there he said he connect a flash drive to the PC for security reasons . it has to be emailed or to have another appointment which came to 3:00 PM2. At 3:30 PM C.P met me in the lobby NOT TO WASTE HIS TIME and did not even read the documents that I have admitting that it is definitely not HR Block mistake . I asked him to verify that . by calling the department of revenue , he verified that the mistake was made by the other HR block employee (which cost me ~ $300 before to file it + peace of mind insurance) .3. C.P had to make the peace of mind claim at this point and he added his own sentences to the claim that could falls my right in the claimI gave 1 extra star for the other employees and for making the claim eventually but to be honest , was not that easy , not a straight up nor professional type of customer service

I my case the price was a little high. I had a very simple return. But I know it was done properly so I guess knowing that it was worth it. I have been going to that Office for doing my taxes for the last 3 years and have nothing bad to say about any one that did my last 3 returns. Very very nice people working in that office.

Do not go here! If you do do not deal with Craig! Went there for 2019 taxes and 1040 amendment for 2017 taxes. Was charged $350 dollars which I was ok with believing he took care of everthing I asked. Come to find out he charged me $350 for my basic 2019 taxes that I’ve been doing with turbo tax on my own every year for past ten years and the 1040 amendment (which was the actual reason I was going to a “tax professional”) would be a different transaction. If I would have went anywhere else it would have cost me $80-$100 for the work he did. When I told him 10 minutes later to cancel transaction he said my taxes were already submitted and this is not the time to talk about this... when would have been the time Craig it just happened 10 minutes prior! He bamboozled me and after he made his money he did not care! Smh thoroughly disappointed!!

Ive been doing my taxes since 2012 and the service has been excellent except for this year. I took my time to call to schedule an appointment with the tax specialist who helped me last year. I had to accommodate my days so I can get this tax Specialist;but on the day of the appointment I called to let them know that I was running 10 minutes late. on my arrival and to my surprise, my specialist specialist wasnt available anymore because he arranged another appointment in the 10 minutes late and his clients arrived an hour later. and I was transferred to another specialist. Next time Im not gonna waste my time calling to get the specialist of my choice .

I believe that there are some people at this office who got their license only a few months ago, so obviously they wouldnt know a lot. I think they are expert at basic tax filing, but when come across some rare questions they know nothing. In my example, I have learnt through IRS that I qualify for a coverage exemption, so I dont have to pay penalty for mandated insurance. But the person argued that I dont qualify for it and he denied service.This location is best for regular filing and they could also answer the most common questions. For any uncommon questions you may have please find another professional.

Great customer service with the agent. I did have to wait 30mins longer than my scheduled appointment time though, but the agent was knowledgeable and got me a great refund.

My tax preparer auto entered my signature without explaining what she is putting my signature on. She rushed threw the whole process and I had to say excuse me multiple times just to get her attention. I’ve been using H&R Block religiously but because of this experience I will be going elsewhere next year.
