Michael was so wonderful! I needed someone to look at my machine in person, and he figured out the problem so quickly, as well as pointing out some better habits when sewing. This man definitely deserves his giant Hershey bar!

Amazing customer service! Mike not only fixed my daughter’s sewing machine, he took the time to explain to her how to avoid this issue in the future. He demonstrated how to properly thread the machine and then had her do it so he could watch and correct any mistakes (which he did with kindness and patience). I feel so thankful to have Mike and ABC Vac & Sew nearby and can’t imagine going elsewhere.

This place is the best Ive been to regarding this type of service. You wont find many of these old school places around anymore. The service was top quality and so was the staff. Very reasonable prices and my repair was completed quickly. Honest and reliable come to mind when I think of this place. I brought 2 old Electrolux vacuums in. I believe this gentleman charged less to complete the job than other places charge to just look at it. Even threw in a few extra bags. I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it to have this place around.

The most honest repair person Ive dealt with in a long time. I took my sewing machine to another store because Michael was on vacation. The gentleman there told me that my all gears had to be replaced and he had to take the whole machine apart. The repair would start at $129. He also told me that my Singer machine was a piece of garbage. I took my Singer and left with it and brought it to Vac and Sew. Michael told me it only needed a very good cleaning and he fixed the timing. The repair cost me a little more than 1/2 of the other store. I recommend them highly and will definitely go there again

Mike at ABC VAC & SEW is the best. I bought my 20+? year old Miele vacuum to have the power switch repaired (it was completely missing) and he recommended a cleaning. We shared a good laugh when I told him I never had it cleaned. 24 hours later my machine was repaired, thoroughly cleaned inside and polished clean on the exterior. I highly recommend Mike and his company ABC VAC & SEW for sales, repairs, parts, accessories, etc. And if he fixed my vacuum this well, you know he will do the same with your sewing machine. I was there last week thinking that my vacuum was in need of repair. Michael was able to point out a switch that I needed to adjust, and it’s now working fine. Before leaving, he gave my machine a complete tune-up and even cleaned the outside of the canister. He only charged me for the filters. He was great and now has a customer for life. As soon as I hung up with Michael I knew I was in good hands and stopped in - within 15 minutes, Michael had diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and showed me how to resolve it on my own if it happened again. I cant recommend ABC highly enough!

Mike repaired a vintage Morse sewing machine that I was given as a gift and then even took the time to show me how to use it. Once I called this shop, I knew I was in good hands for repairing my sewing machine. The gentleman that works at ABC is knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the issues that I had with my machine. Not only was he experienced with JUKI machines, but he was quick to help me. He asked many questions and was able to fix my sewing machine in no-time! He also helped me understand some basics on sewing tensions and which types of fabric work best for them. Alongside the amazing service, the price of the maintenance was fair and reasonable. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend visiting this shop for your sewing machine needs!

I had bonded with my very old Hoover. It died. It was resurrected by ABC VAC & SEW for which I am truly grateful; repair quickly completed without a lot of folderol, hemming, hawing, head scratching or moolah. With our busy lives, One doesnt think that our vacuum needs special attention but it does. . The owner was extremely nice and helpful in explaining proper maintenance and in repairing the vacuum. Super reasonable pricing too. The store has a nice selection of new machines too. I highly recommend this store.
