I user this outfit quite a few years back. I had a serious problem with my pool. Chris diagnosed it accurately , and while it was a pretty involved repair (it was a flex PVC return line that collapsed underground) he and his guys did a great repair. Its about 7 or 8 years now and the pool still works great.

Chris was at my home for the first time today. I was very favorably impressed! My pool needed a lot of work. Chris is very knowledgeable and sincerely interested in providing quality service. He appeared promptly when he said he would. Im thrilled to have Chris working on my pool. You couldnt ask for a more qualified, concerned pool servicer!

Chris from suncastle pools has been taking care of our pool for the last couple of years. He has always gotten then job done great. They just redid the workings our entire in ground gunite pool last year including electrical, pumps, filtration and salt system. Our friends have used him and appreciate his honesty and work. Highly recommend

This company has very poor service. I would not recommend them. They make appointments and then make excuses to reschedule and don’t do the job timely.

Terrible terrible experience. Stay away from this company
