Peter, Pauline, and company were outstanding! We were in a time crunch with closing on our house and they were able to work quickly and effectively to keep us on track. They also got it done with high quality! Throughout the process they were very responsive and professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company has been nothing but a hassle. The only reason I went with them Im the first place was because the last survey on my house was done by them in 2002 (different home owners). So I only needed to update the survey. I would call them and they would say Ill call you right back.. never call me back. This went on numerous of times. When the new survey was finally completed, the measurements were wrong! Had to call again and deal with the same Ill call you right back situation. And to top it all off when they said they would put the new ones in the mail right away, they never did. It was oh Ill get them in the mail today instead.WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!

I found this company very courteous and professional. I asked a favor to please try to expedite and they were able to deliver the survey ahead of schedule. The survey itself is neat and accurate. I met Peter, he seems like a very nice man. And Mateo in the office was great. I would definitely recommend this firm.TomMassapequa

Very professional and honest company. Peter and Pauline were extremely helpful and accommodating in completing the job in a timely manner. We needed an updated survey and radius map to be finished and delivered and they came through within a few weeks time. If you need a survey and or radius map done, call Brabazon, they are the best!!

Highly recommend! I have used Peter J Brabazon for years. They did the initial survey for us when we purchased our home and then worked with us after renovations to do the updated survey for filing with our town. I cant say enough good things about the service, the attention to detail and the professionalism. I am very happy with the service, the price and most of all the value. They are a disgrace. This company committed a crime when surveying a neighboring property. The surveyors came into our property- they moved furniture and opened a gate. And trespassed onto our property. They refused to leave. Peter was unwilling to speak to us so we were forced to file a police report. Sadly, they are ok with their staff violating people and getting themselves arrested.

Stay away you will feel sorry working with them. I have a very bad experience with them. All the five star reviews here are their relative or their coworkers. You don’t see any bad reviews here because if you leave them bad review they will hire an attorney and they will take you to court. I received letter from their lawyer for leaving them bad review and I am not taking this off they can do what ever you want to do I won’t let them do what you did to me to other people.

We have been working with the Brabazons for 25 years (25 years!!!) and they are the only surveyors that we will use. Great family-run business.

The office staff at Peter Barbazon Land Surveyor are both professional and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with Pauline especially. Everything she said she would do, got done in a timely fashion which is a must when dealing with New York Rising. Great experience!!!!!!

I used Brabazon when I lifted my house after Sandy, very professional & helpful staff, I had a bunch of questions since I was new to all of this, and they assisted me every step of the way. If the need ever arises, I will definitely be hiring this company again and would recommend them to anyone in need of a survey.

Terrible don’t ever use these people they said three weeks took 5 month after cashing the second check ,never gave me my original needed to come back to take new measurements the daughter Pauline said sorry no charge for their mistakes then she went out on leave meanwhile the office secretary Matteo said Peter said it would be an additional 400 meanwhile never got my original survey which I paid 650.00 be careful with these people they never calll you back . Not Proffessional the worst land Surveyer . They didn’t even know they cashed the second check I had to send them proof of the 2 checks then want to charge me an additional 400 . I’m taking these people to court complaining to office of Proffessional’s and consumer affairs and better business bureau the worst surveyer a bunch of idiots.we still didn’t get the survey which we paid for. Save your receipts and paperwork these people are scamming customers.to everybody with complaints call office of Proffessional to complain. Some of the people with good reviews on this site works for him in his office

It has to be the most disorganized place I’ve ever dealt with. Be prepared to call them daily to follow up. It’s been three months so far after paying in full in cash. Hopefully I get my drawings soon.

First this company told me the survey would be done in 7-10days. It took over 3 months for them to call and tell me the survey was ready. It took another month before they sent it out. They said they sent it but it was never received . I called again and they said they were sending it out and it never arrived. I called a third time and it finally came. Then the contract was written up as first payment $375 and second payment $375. I sent them the payments and then realized the total was $700 and I had over paid them by 50 . They are refusing to send me my refund even though I sent proof that they were overpaid! They are shysters.
