I don’t ever write reviews but after my experience working with Kevin and Nicole I had too. I needed to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and Kevin was with me every step of the way. When you walk into Goldies, there’s a family vibe and a lot of integrity (which is what you want in a jeweler). Kevin’s craftsmanship was amazing and my fiancé loves her ring. This guy knows his stuff, and is extremely trustworthy. He made the exact ring I was looking for and made the process really easy to deal with. He cares about doing excellent work for his customers. I can’t say enough good things, and I feel grateful to have chosen them out of all jewelers. I’d encourage anyone to get their engagement ring done here. They are incredible. they repaired a pair of sunglasses I love love love, and literally had gone to the dog (she ripped one pair to pieces). took off old arm used the hinge on salvageable pair and worked magic. Presto done, dropped on a Tuesday and by Friday working looking great!

Called before I brought in my ring for re-sizing. They were super kind on the phone and gave me all the details I needed to know before I came in. Went during my lunch break and was out of there within twenty minutes. The jewelry maker was on site and talked me through what he was going to do and I was even able to sit and watch him. Very pleased with the service I received and plan on going back for any further jewelry needs.

I just want to say Goldie’s Jewelry in Hicksville is AMAZING. We were told by 2 other jewelers it wasn’t possible to resize my fiancé’s ring because of the intricate design, and they did it no problem. They even noticed a small diamond missing in my engagement ring and replaced it. AND they stayed open an hour later since we live far, so we didn’t have to make the trip back. Amazing work and customer service. I highly recommend them!!! 💎
