I needed help shipping parcel to Ghana. Ali was attending, and was very helpful and courteous. He even recommended changing the packaging material I had to a more economical shipping parcel to save a pound and a significant sum of money. He said he has been working there for 11 years, and I could tell in the pride he had in the brief interaction I had with him. I have full confidence in him and EZ shipping for any subsequent shipping abroad in the near future. I am excited for my package to arrive at the end of the week in Ghana.

Send 16 pound parcel which includes only non duties items and paid 150. I explicitly ask if I have to pay any duties and he informed that your all items are duty free. He send someone cell phone in my parcel and now it stuck in custom. No response and service. No money return. One of friends has similar experience where her parcel stuck in custom. I wish I can give no starts. Okay, So I sent a parcel from USA to India on 02/16(18) /2020 from EZ shipping-422 S Broadway, Hicksville, NY 11801. Its been almost more than 6 months and still my sister did not receive any parcel back in India. So I called Ali (owner/Manager of Ez shipping). I told him everything and asked for delivery, So he put me on hold and said wait I have another call is coming. Then he never came back on line. So I hung up. And Called him again and only Ring is going till today no phone Picking Up. For this Parcel I paid him $350 including Custom Fees. And my goods are almost 1200$ worth. This thing happened to me twice. Once he deliver my parcel after 3 months. But this time its more than 6 months and whenever I call him he never picks up. And When i call him using different number he always put me on hold for more than 30 mins. and makes excuse that in india its lockdown but its not. Because I just sent a parcel using other service and got delivered

He is Fraud ,do not swipe your credit card in his store he will charge you unnecessarily,the service is very pathetic and he forged me 400$ unnecessary.He is a big fraud.I had shipped my baggage from NYC to KOLKATTA and the boxes were in bad condition when it arrived just because he doesn’t care .please be careful of this big scammerThanks

It was a horrible experience overall. I had shipped household goods through this company from New York to Bangalore, India and to my utmost shock the boxes were delivered with the stuff broken. I ended up paying a hefty amount to get broken stuff. And when I complained the guy Ijaz said it is not his problem and he does not care. My sincere request to all to not ship goods through this company.

There has been prompt response and I have been assured through email as well as over the phone by the Bombay Rep that my stuff has been finally cleared from Customs and I should expect delivery soon. While they have been in touch throughout and were keeping me updated, I was frustrated when my calls went unanswered a couple times but realized later that was due to a storm in NY. It was explained that the package is stuck at customs and theyre not allowed to hand out the tracking number to me, however, due to the long delay I got increasingly frustrated. They have received it and I am told Ill get it within 24hrs, so Im very relieved! I will certainly post further updates as available, thanks.

My name is Tara and I am from Houston, TX. I started using this service a couple of years ago. Initially it all went well. I also got a good tracking number when my goods left NY. The issue started when I had to migrate my nephew from Canada and ship his goods back to Houston and Electronics to UK. His computer to UK arrived damaged for a total loss of $ 1000.00. My agents name is Ali. I sent the pics of before and after and I was told a claim is filed. This happened in November 2016. I was never given a claim number. I often followed up but I was told he was working with the vendor. Finally in July 2017 I was told FedEx has rejected the claim. In June 2017, I sent goods to India. I was able to track my parcel till it arrived in NY. After that I never got a tracking number. Ali stopped responding to text messages, stopped taking phone calls and even stopped responding to my e-mails. When my shipment arrived in India items were missing to be exact 3 item. After a long back and forth and constant follow ups via text and phone calls I was given a phone contact in India for the guy name Mirza. Yet again i was told the missing items will arrive on Monday max Tuesday. That never happened. Now I was told the tracking number given belonged to someone else. After again back and forth I was told my missing items were sent to someone else. On July 12 Ali called me and asked me to send the pics of the missing items and cost. I texted him the information. I still have is text message. He told me at that point he would deposit $$$ of the missing items in my account. To this date/day nothing has happened. He stopped responding to my text messages, e-mails and stopped taking my phone calls. It has been a month since then. I want to advise those who use the service please take pictures of your goods before you send. Insist on tracking numbers and follow through. This guy has given me nothing but the run around and in the end loss of goods/ money.I am never going to use his service ever again nor will I recommend the service to anyone in Houston Metropolitan and New York area.

Very poor service beware before sending your stuff. My son shipped his clothes etc 3 weeks back till now not received and none of the concerned person giving clear reply. Infact they get angry when we enquire about our package, not sharing any details, this is not done man!! I have every right to know after paying where is my shipment and why its not delivered till today from Hacksville to Mumbai India
