Julian is a shining star in the crazy world of real estate. We needed someone to not only clean out my in-laws home and prepare it for sale but we also needed him to help clean out our own home which was under contract. I used this company to clean out my sister’s home. They were recommended by my realtor. I couldn’t have been more pleased. James Pisani, the owner, has a team of hard-working, polite workers. They are trustworthy and very professional. The price is fair—very competitive with big companies but the owner makes sure the job gets done quickly and leaves the home clean.

James came highly recommended by my real estate agent, and now I know why. I needed my mother’s house cleaned out as soon as possible. James got in touch with me right away and finished the job in a weekend. He is very efficient. He even sent me photos of items he found that he thought we should keep. One item was a gold chain he found in a box. I didn’t even know it existed and he saved it for me along with other items. He even took towels to the North Shore Animal League and got a tax deductible receipt. There was a miscommunication (not James’s fault) regarding disposal of mattresses. Although the mattresses were already packed and in the middle of the truck, ready to go to the dump, when he unpacked them, he put them back on the truck and brought them back to the house.Hire this company! You won’t be sorry!

I called James for an estimate on a clean out of my garage... Has some construction debris to be removed. He arrived within 30 mins to give an estimate and wound up doing the job on the spot. His team operated efficiently and left the garage better than broom clean. Was very pleased and strongly recommend their service.

Matthew and Eric came to clean our new home before we moved in. They showed up on time and with all of the cleaning products just like they promised. The apartment was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in sometime. Not only did they clean amazingly well, they were so very nice. They kept showing us each thing they did to make sure that we were satisfied and if we weren’t, they went back and fixed it. Dealing with James the owner was an absolute pleasure.
