Been coming here since the pandemic and I must say that this place is the cleanest shop I’ve been in. Highly recommend Sal the barber. Very polite, an artist with the razor and definitely worth the wait.

I’ve been jumping from barbershop to barbershop until I met Sal the barber. He is always professional, courteous and his skin fades are top notch! I honestly never even knew what a real haircut was suppose to look like until he blessed me with those magical hands.

I go to both Sergi and Sal. Both are great barbers. Sal is less of a wait so I will go to him more now.

I really like the look and feel of this barbershop. I always get a consistently good haircut with whoever I use here. I was first in line when they re-opened after the quarantine. I always liked all the large couches they have in the waiting room instead of the standard row of duplicate chairs like at other barbershops. Definitely recommend this place.

Love this joint. Theres a pool table in the back so you can play while you wait. Who else has that? The guys are funny and love to joke around. Roman and Wilson are great barbers. There also great with my boys that are 7 and 5.Great atmosphere . Not like the place across the street next to the Raimo pizza.

It really depends on who cuts your hair here; i have been here several times and i have had two different people cut my hair. it was amazing the first couple times ive gotten my hair cut from my main barber. But, when i went today i tried a new barber and he was absolutely horrible; i specifically asked for a long top with extra volume with a medium fade for the sides, I GOT A THIN AND SHORT TOP and my sides werent faded at all, it was just one length (bare skin short). :(

I moved to Hickville over a year ago & I needed to find a new barber. Went on Yelp and Michaels Barber Shop was the first shop that came up. Got my hair cut by Roman. Hes literally the best barber Ive ever had and Im from Queens NY so thats saying something. Still in Hickville & Roman is still my guy.

This place is overpriced!! $30 for a haircut and beard-trim?!CASH only joint with a convenient ATM inside thought.I’ve been to all the joints in Hicksville and Plainview. Never had to pay this much. Complete Rip-off!Cut wasn’t even good. Showed the dude a photo and he had no idea. Dude had a cold and was sneezing and didn’t use a tissue to wipe his hands. No barber etiquette.Had a rash on my neck line for a day. Blade clean?Won’t be coming back for sure.Place was not clean or organized either. Drawers had clips with hair and dust on them.

These guys always make you feel welcome. They dont rush and generally do a thorough job. The flip side is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait.

The worst barber shop ever. Rude, they keep speaking in another language. No communication. Gayest haircut out. Rasict aswell.
