My mom scheduled an appointment for a hearing test to update her prescription. After a thorough exam, she decided to purchase new hearing aids. The explanation throughout the exam was clear and the prices were reasonable. She had purchase options, which was important for her comfort and needs. Allowing me to sit in on the appointment eased my mind also. Taking their time, being patient and answering all questions made this a step Id have her go through again.

I am very satisfied with my hearings aids. It is a very wonderful feeling to be able to hear again. Douglas Johnson and Leigh Haynes in the Hickory Beltone office in Viewmont have helped me tremendously. I love the warm and friendly atmosphere in the office. I get my hearing aids checked and cleaned very often. Mr. Johnson makes sure that all my questions are answered and there is no hesitation to help me if I have problems with the hearing aids. I deeply appreciate the Beltone Foundation for helping me to be able to hear again. 5 stars!
