Excellent Service.....Arrived the day before my appointment and was able to stay overnight. Woke up around 3:00am and walked to the guard shack to check in. Checked in around 3:05am for a 4am appointment. As I was walking back to my truck, I received a call around 3:08am with a dock door number. Plenty of room for backing. Didnt have to pay lumper fee because it was prepaid by the broker. Was leaving with paperwork signed around 5am. Excellent service 👏

Better hope you dont come here when they are short handed. Got in the gate just fine but been in the door for five hours and they havent even started my truck yet. 🙄

Got there at 2:30 for a 4 o clock appointment. Called me at 4 for my dock door. Unload was quick.

Arrived at mdi 7 hrs before appointment. They have lots of overnight parking and restrooms are available. Guard checking in and out was very friendly and enthusiastic (awesome). Put me in a door 5 1/2 hrs before appointment. After 2 1/2 hrs unloaded and sent text for electronic lumper fee. Still over 2 hrs before appointment time and I have bills in hand and parked back in overnight parking lot. Awesome job guys

I read the reviews and was concerned. I have no complaints whatsoever. I checked in and slept there the night before. My appt. was for 0615. I got called to the dock at 0517. I was unloaded and out of there by 0630. It doesnt get much better than that! Lumper fee $190, all electronic, no walking back and forth.

95% of my runs go to food dcs.In my experience this one and any walmart are the best.

Driver had 2am appt. Was given door @ 244am. Driver had red light @ 6:40am. Received lumper amount @ 9:02am. Still unloading driver after paying lumper. Driver finally released @ 1035am. They say they are short handed! 8.5 hours to unload!

Totally awesome joint. Changes have been made and now quick unload. Restroom and vending available in staging area.

Checked in about an hour early. They got me in a door and got me in less than 2 hours. Love the no touch system. It is so much faster.

Another food distr strikes again with screwing over the driver. 0400 appt. 3 hours to get door 3 hour to get empty. On a Saturday. Its not like I didnt have another load lined up for the weekend Thanks.

Been here a few times and usually i dont have an issue. Just a little bit of a wait time. This time was bad. Checked in at 1:30a for a 3:00a appointment. In a door by 2:00a. They forgot some pallets for some reason in my trailer and put me back in a dock. its now 9:45a and im still sitting here. $325 for 12 pallets to unload. These guys have messed up the rest of my week (i do LTL) what a joke

Nice people, took me 4 and half hours early. Easy docking. Little slow on getting paper work.

Going on 5hours they still have not even contacted me to pay for the lumper fee yet to even start on me

I had a appointment at 10 Am, I was late by 1hour. But still they took me. Good place to delivery and in and out pretty quick too. They do have parking on the front.

They should close down honestly. Im never coming back to this place. It took them 10+ hours to unload. Horrible service nothing about this place is good. Very unprofessional. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Overnight parking is available, quick unloading and lots of room to back in the doors, park and walk up to the guard shack and they will call you for your door number very polite people

I know I see the same people from California over here unloading my truck

Has on site parking but took 5 hours to unload 18 pallets and missed my next 2 appointments

They start unloading @2am, I got a door @ 0140. There is parking on site and they will let you park for your break after unloading if there is room. Driver bathrooms and snack machines a are available. When you arrive, park and walk your bills to the guard shack. I was out @0330

Take there time unloading you. If it there shippers fault your late they put you at the bottom

Didn’t fully unload me and got stuck with the rest, had to wait 4 days to drop off the remaining 7 pellets here....

This place is a joke takes them 5 plus hours to unload

One of the The worse companys. It took them 4 hours to unload 2 pallets, even though I told them I had another delivery at the same day.

Fast friendly in and out in 1 hour.

Very friendly guard make sure they put down your phone number right but the major issue why they got three stars is a took over 4 hours to offload me on a half a trailer it made me late to my next appointment so I wasnt too happy

One of the worst company to delivered, my apt was at 3am check in at 4pm got a door at 1am and they started unloading at 6am it took over 9hrs to finished
