Very nice and professional and they did a really good job they have repaired two or three iPhones for me and they do a really good job and they have it ready for you same day 45 minutes to an hour they are highly recommended .

Select Tech was responsible for the installation of our internet wiring and security for our new home. They were horrible. They should have known about our internet provider and didnt install the correct equipment for the internet speed we had. They had to install a program on my computer that ended up causing my one year old computer to crash. Every time they touched something, something else went wrong. All I heard from the owner was how good he was.He set up a security camera on our property while it was being built and had us use Carolina Wireless which we found out later from Carolina Wireless that they didnt have the best service for our area. Shouldnt he have known that???? On top of that we had to buy the equipment, but he registered it in his name. When we tried to replace a battery, Arlo wouldnt work with us because it was in his name! How sleazy is that? He has it set up that we have no choice but to go to him for any fixes or repairs. It has been an absolute nightmare. Trust me when I say, he is not that knowledgeable on what he is doing. I had to pay my computer tech people in Florida to fix my computer and my husband has spent hours trying to get the Arlo camera ownership thing resolved. Go anyplace but with this organization.

Excellent technical service in addition to optimal customer service. I had a technical problem with my Mac that even online Apple technicians could not help me with. The manager from Select Tech called me back within three hours with my notebook completely fixed. Highly recommend them.

Don’t know what they are doing. I paid them 150+ dollars to look at my gaming rig because it kept crashing due to some kind of software related ram issue. Well they get my computer don’t call me at all to let me know what’s going on 3 days pass I call them and they say it’s fixed. So I’m like cool and go pick the computer up so I pay them and head home. I get home the computer is doing the same thing it was doing before not to mention they didn’t put half the screws back in the motherboard after they replaced the “defective water cooler” which was actually not defective it’s back in the system now.This is my story I wouldn’t take anything back to them ever again poor quality of service my pc should of never left their doors in the condition it was in and I was billed for it being in worse shape then it was.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Ive had great experiences every time I have went into the store. Im not very computer literate but these guys are always so helpful and patient with me. Several times they have helped me at no charge.Today I was desperately needing my computer for invoices. I called the store and explained my problem. A gentleman named Pho (very kind and patient) actually had me download an app (teamviewer) and he fixed my problem from the store while I was at home. What better service could you ask for? I highly recommend Select Tech for any computer issues.

No judgement repair! I attempted to fix my phone ... Long story but the guys here were polite and quick and did not try to up sell me. They explained the warranty and cost before fixing my phone. I also noticed they have refurbished computers, I would consider buying a computer there because the specs looked better than the stuff for sale at the box stores. After paying $250 to have my screen replaced, the top corners started coming up within 6 weeks of replacement. I took it in to have it fixed and they glued it down. Looks worse than when I brought it in. They say the screen wont come up anymore, but theres nothing else they can do. A very dissatisfying result - not to mention expensive. Id look around for someone else if I had to do it over.

The guy at the front desk was rude to me, the assumed person in charge said he wouldnt replace the screen they messed up because he would lose money! Horrible service. They said that if I got it to them before I dropped it that they would have replaced it, yet I sent them several emails and phone calls with no response......

These guys here are awesome! Came in with a cracked screen on my iPhone 6, they replaced it with no problems. Ended up having a faulty screen so they replaced it within my 60 day warranty. Just came in again due to the screen having issues from the faulty batch they received, they fixed me right up with me being out of my warranty period. They definitely take care of their customers! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future needs and refer everyone to them!

The receptionist is not knowledge. The work they have done on my phone mess it up to where I have to make a claim. Wasted time and money. Good luck to whoever that decides to go here. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Great place with excellent customer service. My hard drive crashed on my computer 3 days before I was heading back to school in Maine. The guy that helped me, D.J., spent hours trying to recover my files. Unfortunately, my files couldnt be recovered (not any fault of his... my hard drive was beyond repair). Bought a new computer there as well. Overall very happy with my experience.

Got my screen replaced there. Was flipping it in my hand(without dropping it) and a part of it fell off somehow? They then said they wouldnt replace their poorly put on screen. A huge waste of money! Mall vendors do a better job

Cracked my screen on my S4 a long while back, barely had the phone a few months when it happened and they fixed it great. couldnt even tell it was cracked in the first place replacement fit together so flawlessly.

Replaced my iPhone 5 battery quickly and at a very reasonable price. 20 minutes in and out, tops, and it looks just like it did when I handed to them. Would recommend.

I work for Cellular Sales Verizon in Conover and on 127. I send all of my customers with screen issues or water damage to these guys. They are by far the most professional outfit out there and with a certified apple tech on deck they are the most reliable with apple phones.

They “fixed”my shattered iPad screen. The same day i picked it up from being repaired, the screen cracked again without being dropped or anything. I had to battle them to get it fixed without charging me another $200, and they were very rude. One woman who works there actually yelled at me for asking them to repair it free of charge, based on it only being “fixed” for a couple hours. It was a terrible experience. They finally did a second repair that lasted a year.. breaking again recently. I was surprised It broke again because it was in a heavy duty otter box case this time. I got it repaired elsewhere, and found out from the person who worked on it, that select tech didn’t do the original repair correctly.. leaving screws out of the lcd screen so it wouldn’t have pressure put on it from a swollen battery. If they had done the repair correctly, replaced the battery, and secured the lcd screen, it likely wouldn’t have broken again. Stay away from this place.

I had my screen replaced here, and unfortunately had several problems. The owner and staff did do what they could to correct the issues, but opening a phone multiple times doesnt do the phone any favors.

Ok, so I took my alienware17 laptop to this place, told them that the cd port wasnt working, it was slow, and a 16-bit application error tab that I couldnt close. They were very nice and explained the process very well. I picked it up and plugged it in, saw that everything was working, they fixed the cd port and the 16 bit application tab. BUT no w it doesnt charge at all. Even with the cord that cane with the laptop.

As bad as it is to drop your new shiny iPhone, only to pick it up and find a spiderweb cracked screen, the guys at Select Tech have always made it a pleasant experience and everyone there is very informative and professional. 10/10 would break iPhone again.

The female staff member was very rude. The rest of the staff was nice. However she didnt call to finish fixing my phone like she said she would (two weeks ago). They changed their warranty on replacing the screen on my iPhone 6 because after the 4th time in a month, we cant secure the screen like apple can. Thats why it wont stay secure. They shouldnt have taken the job if they knew they couldnt do it right. I know of three other customers that had the same issues I did when I was in there (on 5 different occasions). Save yourself the time and trouble stick with your cell phone provider on fixing it.

I was recomended here by Best Buy to fix my broken iPhone and iPad. i called them and they were very helpful, said they had parts for both in-stock. So i went over there and they had my iphone fixed in 20 mins while i ate lunch at subway next door!! I had to leave my iPad but got a call 2 hours later saying it was ready to be picked up as well!! and not to mention they were about $50 cheaper on each repair than the mall! Love these guys!! I went ahead and scheduled a service call to have them come look at my computer at my house too!
