Great car wash. Vacuum cleaner is awesome plus they have an air hose to get the small stuff out of the crevises.

Consistent clean car. Staff are very kind with the pre-wash. A great facility with plenty of clean bays. Vacuums have tremendous suction power, air nozzles also have plenty of air pressure. Been going there since they opened.

By far the best car wash in the area. The equipment is new and well cared for. Prices are reasonable and results are great.

Very nice management and will correct any issues fairly. Management will correct issues ( missed bugs etc ) personally and many times by spot washing with their own hand.

Have a soundtrack ready when going through! Fun, taking care of such a small process of getting my car cleaned....

Like the option to pay monthly or pay as I go. Usually very satisfied with the end result. Good group of people.

A couple of people were outside and washed the sides, front and back of your car before it went into the carwash. The carwash itself is pretty much the same as others. It goes through it quickly and does a good job for $10.00. Your car comes out clean, shiny and pretty. What more could you want. There are pricier choices if you should prefer the extras.

Went to get my truck washed and the owner wouldn’t allow me to wash it because it was too muddy. Too muddy? You are a car wash! That’s why I came to begin with. Owner or manager was incredibly rude and had me back out.I’ll never go back and I would never recommend this place because of how poorly this was handled

Nice guys, but car still dirty. Windows only so so clean on drivers side. Guy cleaning other side didnt even brush over window in front passenger side. Came home with a streaked mess and had too clean ALL windows.

The place is Good but...needs work. The bathrooms need a whole lot of cleaning, and all the vacuums I tried were clogged up. I tried the matchine Rug beater total fail because all my rugs came out wet and full of hair. Dog hair. I dont own any pets. My wheels are still dirty. I give it 3 stars because the workers were very nice but the boss not so much....the whole place could use a clean

I live in Lenoir, but I will dive to Viewmont to wash my car. I used to drive for Uber and this is the best car wash/free vac that Ive ever used.

The overall wash was good but my rims were still dirty and I paid forthe $20 wash. Didnt expect to have to so additional cleaning once the wash was over.

Really disappointed. Went with the highest price wash to try it out and I’d say the cheap gas station wash does about the same job. Really glad I decided to try it out before signing up for a monthly. Also I ended up with a bunch of scratches all over the driver side of my hood (from the pre wash brushing apparently). Vacuums are pretty good, but that doesn’t make up for the damage and general poor results.

This is the only place I go to to wash my brand bee vehicle. Love it and I especially love that the vacuum is on ea h side of the vehicle and it comes with the price of washing you vehicle, no extra charge. Love the attendants on staff, always nice and friendly

First and last time Ill ever visit this car wash. Nice setup and location being right off Highway 127 in Viewmont. Even their options seemed well rounded, with everything from a so-called Volcano wash that even includes RainX application for $20, to the stripped down to basics Bronze wash. I opted for the Volcano wash and feel completely ripped off. The hood and doors still have dirt smudges and windshield and sunroof still have pollen caked on. The personalized service consisted of two people that looked like theyd rather be anywhere but there half-heartedly sloshing brushes over the exterior, accomplishing basically nothing. One attendant even managed to miss that one of the rear doors wasnt fully closed leading to a veritable water fall inside the car once the wash was underway. Totally my fault but makes me question how much attention they were actually paying to what they were doing to my car. Overall, just super disappointing.

My first review from several months back was a five star but due to my last visit, I changed to a one star and here is why: the wash was $25 and the ones at the start using the brushes was nothing more than hit and miss. They only brushed about half of the windshield leaving bugs behind. The wash left soap all down the passenger side of my vehicle and the manager said it was because of the way my factory unchanged Ford Explorer was made. He then took a paper towel and tried to remove the soap suds in place washing them off with water. My last visit here!!!

Yesterday was my first and last time visiting this car wash. In 15 years, I’ve never had a car wash damage my vehicles until this place. The wash pulled out half of my back bumper and left several deep scratches on the back of my car. It also left black residue splattered all down the left side, so after spending $20 on a wash, I’m going to have to wash my car again. But now, I’m left with a scratched up car and a damaged bumper. I’m so disappointed and would never recommend this wash.

I travel from Charlotte to Hickory every day for work iview several car wash companies in the Charlotte area none of them compare to this one they take the time and brush the cars spray them and spray your rims highly recommend

My new favorite car wash. I really liked wikiwiki until this place came along. At wiki wiki I paid $7 for the base wash and then did a $3 add-on for the buff dry. I only did that because the Airdrie wasnt good enough. At viewmont the base wash is $6 and the air-dry does fine. I very much appreciate the free vacs.
