I’ve been getting labs done for several years and This is by far the best place. The staff is absolutely wonderful at what they do and are so incredibly kind. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’m very thankful for them
Had to bring in my 3 year old to get blood drawn. Had been several other places and had horrible experiences and weren’t even able to get his blood taken. These ladies were absolutely amazing and so attentive to him. Not one tear. Would highly recommend if you need blood work for children.
Staff was very friendly, I have been pushing off blood work for months due to anxiety and she was so helpful and calming
They had a little attitude with me. On top of that attitude they sent my drug test results to the wrong facility. And now I have to figure everything out myself because of their mistake. Unbelievable. Won’t come back again.
Waiting room extremely full of people with one being seen in a timely manner. With COVID the max capacity of the room was 4. There was around 12 people in the room with more coming in with no attention from staff at all. All the while all the people were using a kiosk to check in that probably hadn’t been wiped down all day. Poor management. People should be told to stay outside due to the small waiting area.
Went in,peed in a cup. Staff was Nice. 10/10 Would pee in a cup here again.
From arrival to doing antibody test to departure, all less than 10 minutes in total. Awesome experience.
Staff is friendly and efficient. I’ve never had to wait very long.
The website was difficult to use, processing of tests we’re very slow, no one was available to speak to.
The cost of lab work at this company are completely unreasonable. I get routine blood work every few months. My doctor was using a different lab before recently switching to LabCorp. LabCorp costs were 5 times higher than the old lab used. If you use this company you will over pay.
The staff are highly skilled in their profession. They give the patient high priority to make sure the patient needs are met.
My husband went to labcorp for a drug test for a new job and we had to wait for 3 hours. The nurses who were administering the drug tests were rude, disrespectful, and told my husband he couldn’t have his service animal with him. As a medical professional I have never seen such poor service in my life, and I will never come back to labcorp for anything. I am truly disgusted at the way they handle themselves and represent this company.
I was not impressed. My ortho sent me for a blood draw and when I walked in the place was full, 2 people at the window and the receptionist acted like she could care less. I left went back to ortho and told theme it was ridiculous and asked if I could get the draw done at my general practioners. They said yes. If I had waited I would still be there. It is a sorry business and they are not interested in helping or serving anyone.
Very friendly staff. I arrived at about 2PM, and was out in less than 15 minutes. The collection nurse was very professional and kind. This is the second pre-employment test that Ive had here, and they are always fast and courteous.
Always have good stickers. I have never had an issue there like I had with my doctors office. Friendly staff.
The staff was very short and some what rude. There was several people waiting to be seen when I arrived and several employees in lab coats kept pacing back and forth to the window as if they wanted something to do. I was in for a drug screening for a new job and sat here 24 minutes before the first person was called back. They seemed very unorganized.
When our family practice was owned by the drs, it was a wonderful place to go. All the medical staff was warm and caring. Since being taken over by Fryecare it has become a nightmare. When you go for your lab work, which is done by LABCORP, they will give you an estimate of what they think you will owe once your insurance pays and then they attempt to bully you into giving them a credit card, which they will keep on file to pay the amount your insurance does not pay. Today I saw them haress an older patient, that at the very least was mildly confused , to pay this amount. He offered to pay in cash but was told no we need a credit card to put on file. He said his wife had one but she was in the car so he totters off to get her. While they did tell him that it was his choice, Im pretty sure he felt obligated to provide one. When the wife comes in, she gives them the credit card and says shes never been asked to provide one before but they assure her this has been a practice for a long time now. While some people may want to do this, beware! because if you have a problem it will take them months to correct it. I have my name along with my mothers on her checking account and when appling a check to her account, they marked throught the note on the check that had the invoice # on it and rather than applying it to her account, applied it to mine, which had a zero balance. It took between 5 & 6 phone calls over several months and faxing them a copy of the canceled check, to get this cleared up. So really, do you want LABCORP to have the ability to charge your credit card before you have seen your EOB (explanation of benifits) from your insurance carrier? I dont think so!
Went to lab Corp @ 9:05 this am. My physician had sent the lab orders last week. After I checked in via the kios, the receptionist had to do some paperwork? Before they could draw my blood. After waiting 25 minutes I asked the receptionist if I would be going in soon for the blood draw, I told her I had an appointment @ 10:00. 15 minutes later I asked could I go in because I need to leave for an appointment, she said she was not finished with the paper work! REALLY? I had registered with the kios already. As a result. I did not get the tests I needed, after being off my B/P meds for 2 days. This was required to have these blood tests. Now I have to be off my meds. Another 2 days. Because of the incompetent employee at this lab! Dangerous place, find someplace else to get your labs done
Very friendly, no wait time. Highly recommend Sue, she is awesome
Everyone there was nice and friendly plus extremely professional! ,What more could I want*
Friendly staff and quick to get you in and out. Labcorps practice of taking your credit card on file and taking out your copayment without notice seems kind of sketchy- you have to sign a paper stating your copay could be as much as $xx and once your insurance has made their payment, Labcorp will take the remaining balance out of your credit card on file. Both times I had blood drawn, I had to remind the phlebotomist to wash their hands. That should be a standard practice in any health care setting.
Rude. Overpriced. And why do you have to give a credit/debit card? Some people actually prefer paying in cash.
What a joke. I sat there for 2 hours waiting for a drug test and they never called me back. They cleared the waiting room TWICE! I sat there with a FULL bladder for 2 hours!!
