After pulling into the nearest parking lot due to a flat tire, I found myself in the back of the mobile parking lot trying to switch it out with my spare. After being there for a good while, Bill (the manager) and Danny offered to come and help me. Within 15 min they were able to patch up my tire with no cost out of kindness. Thank you guys so much for helping me out!

Bill and Mike were super welcoming when I came in for an oil change, they were very quick, with no appointment I was in and out within 20 minutes. They didn’t try to overcharge me and gave me the best price for my 2018 Camry. Definitely appreciated their kindness and will return for my next service!

The Personal are misleading. I had a Gift card from Mobil 1 Lube Express that I purchased from the same Mobile 1 store. Before going there I called twice to make sure they accepting the gift card and they said YES, when I came in I asked ONE MORE TIME in PERSON if they accepting this gift card and they said YES. And after oil change when it came time to pay they are saying they they can’t accept it! Instead of paying from already PREPAID card I ended up paying $110+ for freaking oil change. Train your staff well and don’t lie to your customers! Absolutely terrible

Great guys working here. I had an issue with my drain plug being worn out. They told me about it, I ran and got a replacement and they put the new one in when my oil change was done.

These guys are the best! A little more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for. They let you stay in the car, dont try to upsell you anything. Always reliable! Highly recommended.

Quick, courteous, and correct at competitive price. The bonus (and biggest reason to go) here is that they dont B.S. you or try to upsell. Was nice and will be going back.Only 4 stars because theres no signage telling you where to go or what to do in the back whete you enter.

I went their with my vehicle multiple times and when it was time to do an oil change this month, due to it being closed I had my husband change oil himself and noticed that the oil was burn black with residue, and the filter was beyond filthy. It should have not been that bad after a normal routine oil change. I paid for a better oil and do not believe that on previous months of going to the same location consistently it should have been that bad. I will never go to this location and absolutely will not recommend it.

Literally just had my oil change done there and it was great! All the guys were very friendly and had a smile on their face. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They didnt try to oversell anything or get me to buy things I didnt need. Found my new oil change spot! Plus the price was perfect.

Take my Chevy Blazer here often and just got back from an oil change 5 minutes ago. these guys are down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. no gimmicks or BS trying to sell you windshield whippers. Great local shop. Would recommend for any car/truck owner.

I always go change the oil in my my car there...First of all I would write and tell people that station is not only for changing the engines oil and filter...They do really good Full service!! ..whey u pull in they ask you to go ahead and seat in the waiting area there is fresh coffee to drink if you want ...then they check if you and your car are in the system...and asking you what kind of oil you want for your cars engine ...not pushy at all if you want regular or synthetic...But they recommending which one is for your car...then they check tire pressure, wash the exterior windows on the car, at the end they check and bring to show you the air filter..usually I change im by myself cause they charge little bit for that kind of job ...I did the full synthetic Mobil oil change service I paid for that @75.00 and they check antifreeze level and top it up so was extra $4.99 for that ...so everything with tax came up to $87.10...Now they even do like a service between regular service ...It is a tire pressure check and windshield washer check and fill up for free Nicely done Mobil 1 ...You are number 1 for me

Awesome service, friendly staff. Always do my oil change and they refill everything. Today I replaced my brakes here, it was very fast and affordable. They saved me a lotta money and time. I recommend this to everyone

I always worry whether or not any oil changing business will be fast and honest. These guys never try to oversell you anything you do not need and they are reasonably priced and very fast and efficient. The employees are always friendly also. I have had horror stories with other places but I am a loyal customer to this place as long as I live in Chicago

Very friendly staff, very fast service and they always do a great job. They always check my tire pressure and washer fluid without me asking and fill them up if needed. Ive been going here since I moved to Palos Hills a couple years ago. Id highly recommend them if youre in the area.

Guy was mad becuase i brought my own oil in .. he was upset becuase he’s charging me $26 for a 10 minute job & kept telling me how its not worth it for him.. litterly all he did was use the machine to suck the oil out n put my oil n filter in 10mins! They rip you off just like jiffy lube does. They were gunna charge me $30 dollars for a cabin filter and I found out that they are less than $7.00. After this experience I never went back because Im sick of these lame fake ass oil places. I know their game and they are true hustlers!

Theses people don’t let you going under your car to check anything what something is wrong with your car and don’t know you bring it there to check underneath or go to a dealership where you got the car from but anyways I had horrible service I wanted to check underneath my car but your not allowed to.

They used to have 19.99 regular oil change on sundays. not anymore. ive gone elsewhere last few times. good deal gone. :(
