The gentleman were professional, asked questions to determine exactly what I expected from the cleaning of our carpet, were thorough and took their time. They provided me with cleaners for future use.Their price was good. I would highly recommend Dixons Dirt Stoppers. We are going to have them back to clean the grout in our ceramic floor.

These guys were AWESOME!! Very responsive, reasonably prices and flexible! I had two locations being cleaned and had to switch the order we were doing them the day before. They had no problem with the request and were right on time. Of course, coffee was spilt right in front of an exam room door the very next day, when I asked how to clean it, they said they would come right out and take care of it for me. I would definitely recommend them and would used them again myself!!

Everything was fast and efficient! Great communication and quick service. Had my area rug cleaned very well! It was an indoor/outdoor living room rug that has seen its share of battle scars. Came back stunningly clean. It is a joy to walk around barefooted on. Additionally, I had my stairs deep cleaned. They looked way better than when we moved in last year.

They were very efficient and were able to remove urine stains from my 2 dogs I have, one of which is a puppy. Though my carpets are worn down from the traffic, it was amazing to see such a huge difference in appearance after they were cleaned. I wasnt expecting it to look as good but they made it possible. I would first like to start off by mentioning that I have worked for a carpet cleaning company in the past, for about 5 years. Dixons Dirt Stoppers blows them out of the water in all aspects of the business in my opinion. They are very professional and polite. And since I was curious to see how they cleaned compared to how we did things with my previous company, I watched everything they did. They use top of the line products and are very detailed. Crew did a fine job

After moving into our new house, we hired DDS to do the carpet in the entire house. It was a whole day job, but they finished every carpeted room in the house and did a great job at the tiles in areas we asked them to do. They were flexible with times and worked with us when we asked to reschedule. Great experience.
