Purchased a 2018 Range Rover discovery from the hickory hills location. Joe in the financing department was extremely straight forward and helpful. He explained things to us that other dealerships did not take the time to do. Frank was patient with us because we drove five hours and showed up a little late, knew a lot about the history of Range Rover. Informative and nice staff overall amazing experience ! We came from another dealership in the area where we had a bad experience, so we were very pleased when joe and frank got us in and out in a timely manner with our dream vehicle.

Purchased a car in August 2020, a blue 2018 Honda Civic coupe. The breaks made noise when we test drove it but the salesman said it was probably because it had been “sitting for a while” and he would “have his repair men take a look at it”, and said they couldn’t find anything. Purchased the car and about a month or two later I had to take it in for the rotors to be completely replaced, which I had to argue numerous times with them that they lied about the inspection, only for them to cover half the price of it ($250). I also live in Indiana and he said I should have brought it in to them- as they would’ve repaired them for free. I told him that was illogical considering I bought the extended warranty that they said transfers to any certified guarantor mechanic in my area. Noticed today that clear coat is peeling on the drivers side door in a 1 inch round area, as well as paint is cracking on the top front area of the hood of the car. Called in, spoke to a younger guy who acted like he didn’t know what I was saying when the paint had issues from their bad body work, said he’d leave a message about the paint to a manager. But he also said they might not get back to me until Monday because “Saturday’s are busy” for them. Saturday’s are too busy for you to take care of a customer who bought a $15k car off you? Such a shame because I love the car, but not the issues I’ve had as a result of the dealership. Should’ve purchased elsewhere. UPDATE: I called back and told them I wasn’t happy about the fact that they’re pushing me off because they wanna sell more cars instead of helping an already paying customer, and he said “I should expect that and that it was getting ridiculous at this point” and I asked multiple times who the owner was/what his name was and he would keep saying “he’s never here!!” Which wasn’t what I was asking at that moment. He then transferred me to a guy named Mike who was just the same- horribly rude and he said if they find it’s their issue with the paint job that I’d have to bring it all the way back to Illinois when I live in indiana- all so they wouldn’t have to pay anyone else to do it and so it could be repainted again by the same people who did a bad job the first time. He said I should “expect this” since it’s my problem that I live so far away, and that I would have to make arrangements to drop the vehicle off. Why would I make arrangements to drop the vehicle off and then have to pay for a rental out of pocket for an issue that should be solved easily and properly? Mike & Joe are the most ill-mannered people that could possibly ever run a business in the service industry, if there was a way to return the car and reverse the auto loan I’d totally do it in a heartbeat.

S & M likes to sell cars saying their clear tittle when their rebuilt also likes to sell cars with bad engines and bad timing chains bad rusty cars when their 2013-2016 cars w rust and painted over also likes to sell cars for $20,000-25,000 w bad timing chainsI only used my car for 2,500 miles and it broke down after investing 23,000 just so my car can sit in the garage all year and when you tell them if they can help you they tell you to never come back again DO NOT SHOP I seen 5 people buy cars here just so they won’t work no matter what s&m their all the same might as well go to auction and buy it your self if their selling cars w problems might as well get it from auction why pay full price for a car that came w problems already and they send it to Ford to get fix they said they fixed the problem they kept my car for 2 months but never fixed anything at the end

Went there yesterday talked with frank Im already financed, had a price for a certain car, kinda really wasnt feeling vibe from the get go, had to walk the entire lot twice to find the car then it was false advertisement for the car, then when we finally get in the right car, it totally looked like the car wasnt for sell I asked him about the detailing he told me yea we have guys, but if you spend bout a hundred and sumin bucks you can get an awesome detailing job done, ok no good, so then when it came time to talk numbers he literally wouldnt go talk to the man behind the window, he totally let a complete sell walk away, maybe because I wasnt getting fianced by them idk, but way to go frank keep up the good work buddy.

I was in the market for an Audi A6 remotely new, I had to see 3 cars and one of which was at S&M Motor Sports, and the other 2 were at the Audi dealership. I saw what I wanted at the Audi dealership but the main thing I didnt like was the service they provided me.But, when I went to see the Audi at S&M Motor Sports, not only was the car exactly what I wanted, it had more included including the virtual cockpit and heated steering wheel. But the most important thing into why I purchased my car from S&M was the outstanding customer service they provided me. Let me say this, our recent purchase of my wifes 2015 Mercedes cls 400 at S&M was the best experience Ive ever had at a used car dealership! Hands down.We originally went in to look at a 2017 A7 which had a few more scratches on it than she liked for such few mileage and price point... But as a testament to Mike the manager who purchases the cars, they had very nice variety of comparable cars for her to choose from. She eventually saw the Mercedes gleaming on the showroom floor and instantly fell in love with it! The guys did a hell of a job wheeling the other cars off the floor to get that one out the door so she could test drive it, which just further solidified her choice...We brought in a 2006 Mustang GT for trade-in and initially got some resistance on the trade in but ultimately Raymond, my salesman, and Mike, the manager made it happen and ended up giving us what we wanted for the Stang which allowed my wife to walk out the door happily with an early birthday gift.Chris in finance did a great job as well explaining our options for financing, laying out several scenarios of payments as well as being clear and concise on the price of the vehicle, interest, taxes, fees, etc He offered, but didnt push a bunch of warranties and products on us and did a great job of explaining those also ...Overall, I am very pleased with their effort to make the deal happen at the price point I needed it to be at. As the saying goes Happy wife, happy life and these guys did a phenomenal job of making that happen and I dont have to listen to the Mrs. bust my balls about wanting a new car anymore. Win, win!
